KeymasterEven if she (that actress) isn’t, that general person could be. They’ve done that before, like with Cora where they used a stand in and covered up her face but used Barbara Hershey’s voice. She’s barely noticeable in the shot, but A and E could say, “she’s been there all along”

KeymasterI don’t think we’ve met Tinkerbell yet or seen her in Storybrooke for that matter.
I’m inclined to agree. I think more than likely she’s in NL with PP waiting for Henry.

KeymasterJewel Staite – I can’t see her as anyone else but Tinkerbell.
Kaylee! I’m down with that!

KeymasterSlurpeez, do you mean at the town line when you thought you saw a blonde nun? This is the best pic I can find of that scene that shows the crowd. Maybe not a nun, but there are some blondes there? Or are you thinking of another scene?
Since the pic came out small, here is the link to the original big one:

KeymasterRegarding Tinker Bell, do you all think she’s been in present-day NL this whole time or do you think she might have been hiding out in the convent in SB (but with her memories in tact perhaps)? I recall seeing at least one blonde nun in 2×2 (I’d have to recheck to make sure though). It’s possible E & A have had an actress in mind for quite a while at that we may have even seen her.
Hmmm. Good question. If she came right at the exact moment of the Curse, like Kurt and Owen, she may have been in what became SB and retained her memories. If she is, then I expect she’s been behind the scenes this entire time plotting and planning. Except, wouldn’t Blue have told someone if Tink (and she’s evil presumably) was there?

KeymasterYes the gnome is in Regina’s yard because Regina cursed him. It wouldn’t have been in anyonelse’s yard.
We do not know that Snow White has bird feed in her yard. She lives in an apartment building, in a loft. I live in an apartment. I do not have a front yard or a backyard. Seriously, HE, I’m not suggesting that it isn’t Snow’s yard. I’m saying there is no definitive proof. Also, that this is a moot point because, like Phee said, they have only showed it once. They didn’t even show it in the season finale when we were going to NL as a nice subtle hint. If they had shown it more often then I’d be more inclined to believe there was a deeper connection besides just a nod to fairy tales in general.
Well, it’s a fairy not Tink, not specifically. They did not have the right to show anything from PP mythology so they put in a standard fairy sign. Yes, we as outside observers know it’s Tink but it’s not REALLY Tink because of licensing issues. And again, there is no proof that it’s Snow’s house as we’ve never seen the outside of the apartment, just Snow’s loft and the staircase. We don’t know where in SB the house is. But we do know that the fence is in the center of town.
The nanny was also tied to Cora and Regina and Blue and even Mr. Gold if you’re looking for really loose connections.
It’s important to note that someone not associated with the show said that about the Fairy. He’s teasing spoilers without giving anything away. He can’t just say, the fairy will be linked to Snow/August/ect. They have to tease something very generic. So, I wouldn’t read too much into it based on it looking like anything else. They said Eva had a surprising conenction to someone as well and we all knew she was Snow’s mother but the surprsing connection was with Cora, not Snow. I don’t actually recall them saying anything about Joanna except that she was Snow’s nanny.
Overall point: The surprising connection could be Snow, no one has said it isn’t. In fact I was one of the first to point out that we haven’t resolved the issues of the evil fairy and her magic dust. I’m just saying that there are many options and what you are pointing to as “factual” are in fact interpretations of evidence presented as vaguely as possible.

This is a test to see if italics are working for me. Feel free to ignore.

KeymasterYes they wanted to do PP from the start and there have been hints to PP since the start; the library clock for instance moved to 8:15 which is both a LOST and PP reference.
The sign isn’t magical, hence why it’s not in Rumple’s shop. There are many things that aren’t in his shop. His shop has items HE had in FTL, like the puppets, or other magical items. Just because it’s not in Gold’s shop doesn’t confirm that this is Snow’s house. There is no definitive proof. I’m not saying it’s not Snow’s, I’m just saying that we don’t know for 100% certain that it is. It’s just a place with a fence and tree and someone put a fairy sign up. It’s like having a gnome or flamingo in your yard. If there is greater significance then awesome but it’s far more likely that it’s just a decoration that the set designers put in because it’s a show about fairy tales.
I don’t know what you mean about the Nanny. Joanna was Snow’s nanny, but she’s a real character, not a stragitically placed symbol. And the Snow White is not the plot of the whole show. The plot of the whole show is fairy tales. Snow White was the jumping off point but it has diverged wildly since then. The family is main point.

KeymasterThey might be the same fences, but it doesn’t mean it’s Snow’s house. Like Phee points out, it’s the same one Henry is hanging a bird feeder from in The Evil Queen. And more to the point, even if it is Snow’s it doesn’t mean that the connection is Snow and Tink. It’s a white picket fence, which is pretty standard in any small town in America. And the sign is just a reference to fairy tales. There may be something deeper going on, but I wouldn’t put all my eggs in that basket just because of the fairy sign.

KeymasterIs anyone actually heading out to the set anytime soon?

KeymasterJust went back and watched. The fence is shown briefly as Emma is driving into town with Henry in the pilot. There is no indication about the owner of the fence and sign, so it’s probably just a call back to Peter Pan and fairy tales in general.
EDIT
Emma’s yellow bug is driving by, it’s not parked. This is right before she stops to talk to Archie, before she takes Henry to Regina’s. The fence and sign are near the library.
