Why can he just keep it with him, it looked like to me he had stuff with him when he left on the boat, I thing it a topic being analyzed to deeply…

Probably but that’s half the fun!

Rumple probably did magic his dagger to his side before they left port, or he left it in the care of Belle, but that doesn’t mean PP’s little knife isn’t important.

I really like the idea that PP needs Henry because his of a similar situation, having been abandoned and I really like the idea that PP is dying and needs the children (my theory is that he needs their shadows) to sustain either him or the magic of NL that keeps people from aging.
Tamara and Greg (btw: to reduce having to type out their names, a lot of us here just call them GOAT= Greg/Owen And Tamara) in my mind are just foot soldiers, they don’t really know the agenda of The Home Office. Tamara’s backstory needs to be told, no one comes into this world hating magic as much as she does. There has to be something deeper. Back during the airing of Lacey, many of speculated that she was the daughter of Robin Hood and Marian and that they fled the EF after they stole the wand that was used to heal Marian. But it wasn’t enough and Marian died in our world giving birth to Tamara which turned Robin Hood very angry and sad and thus Tamara hates magic. Still not sure if that holds weight.

Don’t worry about being too long. We all go on tangents around here. 🙂

    *rubs head*

    I…don’t know anymore. 😆
We know August took the book. How he figured out where it was….is…magic!

The Original Sleeping Beauty(Disney Version) had three fairies, yes but we don’t that the Aurora in Once is that Sleeping Beauty because of her comment that Maleficent went after her mother. In the original tale, the original Sleeping Beauty pricks her finger on the spinning wheel, falls asleep and is then awoken by TLK. Then the prince and she get married and have two children, one of which is named Aurora. So we don’t know if the Aurora had the fairies or really what her story is. It’s worth noting that, I believe, in the original tale–non Disney–there were 7 good fairies.

And as to Henry and the Playground, he still went there. In fact he buried the book there when they thought times were dangerous, after Regina killed Graham. So it’s very possible that August saw Henry or Emma from a distance either talking there or visiting there and surmised that the book would be hidden there. It was their secret place after all, just like the book is their secret.

Yes Snow told Emma about the castle, but August is more than capable of following Emma to the castle without her knowing. Or even following Henry.

Let’s say August has been to SB before. Why? Probably to talk to Jefferson, who’s house is on the outskirts of town (if I remember correctly) and not in the main parts. So, I doubt Regina would have seen him if August simply popped in and out over the years.

He must have been following Emma and Henry from a distance because Henry got the book fairly recently in S1 even if August had been to SB before, Henry wouldn’t have had the book yet.

I agree with both of you. 😆
It makes more sense for Regina to know little Pinocchio.
But August knows a lot about SB for having never been there.
And when Emma asks him if he’s been to SB before August says, “I didn’t say that.” which is really frustratingly ambiguous.

I think that’s a good guess and it was mine. He knew Bae’s story when he got to SB, we know he knew Bae by that point. So I think it makes more sense that August added that story. He may have come to SB before Tallahassee and that’s how he knew Jefferson?
