Keymaster. I will bet my life on it that Robin Hood will not be brought back to life.
Oh I agree there’s a far greater chance he’s going to remain dead than come back to life. But I also thought there was next to no chance of seeing him again given death and Sean’s interviews

KeymasterThey can’t bring him back to life.
Well, isn’t that the thing though? They could. They’ve already gone back on “he was obliterated” and if they really wanted to, they would. Have Zeus snap his fingers or have there be another magical object that can bring him back or have it be a reward for Regina for defeating her evil self.
They might bring him back to life it it is the final season, otherwise I don’t see him returning to be a regular cast member.
Pretty much agree with that.

KeymasterOh! I finally got around to watching episode 1 of S2 (why must Poldark be on at the same time as OUAT?!)
It was a 2 hour episode so I don’t have one of my long analytical posts for this but it was such a solid opening for the second year. Mostly, I love the contrast the show is setting up (or at least continuing) between Francis and Ross (and by extension, in their marriages with Elizabeth and Demelza). Whereas Francis almost takes his own life instead of face any consequences of his mistakes or even to own finally standing up to Warleggy (hey, I remembered nicknames!), Ross refuses to back down and admit defeat. His speech in court about why it’s better to take the flotsam of a ship than to give it to those who are only interested in profit…powerful. Speaking of contrasts, the final night between R and Demelza vs F and Elizabeth speak volumes. One is beautiful and loving; one is about as cold as it gets. This is highlighted in the couples goodbyes as well.
A few other strong points
–Demelza is pregnant! But Ross doesn’t want another baby yet
–Warleggy’s Checkov’s Gun by his bedside table–yeah, that’ll come into play
–Also, will Francsis’s suicide attempt be revisited??
–Caroline is new and rather hilarious
–Cute dog
–Still with the breathtaking shots of Cornwall
–Also, still with the gorgeous pretty prettyness that is Aiden Turner as shirtless Ross

KeymasterI suspect Rumple will “pull a Snape” and die a hero but not a good man.

KeymasterWhilst the mirror theory does make sense – I don’t see why they would announce his involvement at this point if he was just going to be doing green screen work. This is the sort of return that they could have hidden and thrown in as a genuine shock for the audience, because Sean wouldn’t be doing street scenes and potentially having pictures taken of him. This alone makes me think that he will not be confined to the mirror.
True but it’s not just mirrors that Sydney that project himself on to. It was any reflective surface–so a shop window in SB for example. And that would require outdoor work if they needed a genuine outdoor scene (as opposed to the recreated Steveston on a sound stage).

KeymasterI think the online OQ fandom is more vocal about Robin’s death than the SF fandom was when Neal died.
Mainly the Regina fandom (and non SQers) but yeah the vocal outcry post Robin’s death was harsher.
So the reason A&E say “we are NOT bringing him back from the dead” so directly could may be because he’s not dead, but just lost somewhere in time and space.
But they do keep saying dead is dead in regards to Sean/Robin when asked.

KeymasterWhat if….. the cloaked figure is actually….. Emma. And Emma… is actually Evil!Emma split from her good side. That might work right?
Yeah I think it’s Emma–but not her Evil side, morel like her “orphan, insecure” side…basically a bodily representation of her famous Walls.

KeymasterLet me guess. Regina sees Robin Hood in a vision the way Emma saw Neal in a vision. Somehow Robin projects himself to Regina but she thinks she’s dreaming (even though she’s not).
Maaaybe but do you really need a multi episode arc for that? Neal got–what—5 mins?

Keymaster, but the idea of Robin returning in a recurring capacity is strange in itself. It would explain why 608 is called “I’ll Be Your Mirror”, which happens to be the episode that they’re currently filming
Huh. Well that sounds plausible (in a nonsense sort of way)

KeymasterI was thinking a ghost who keeps following Regina around–telling her to move on and let go and Hope (or something). I don’t know. If he’s really not coming back to life then a multi-episode arc is just plain strange.
