RumplesGirl
KeymasterPersonally, no. But that’s because the mere thought of that woman makes me want to smash things. I really dislike her and I recognize it’s because I have this unwavering loyalty to Rumple and people who hurt him or break his heart are on my “must die” list. Also: I suspect that Milah cared for him and that’s why they got married but she hated embarrassment. Rumple embarassed her; it’s what she said in The Crocodile: “other wives became honored widows and I was lashed to the village coward.” So long as Rumple was what she deemed heroic, she was fine with him. But the second he stopped, she no longer loved him. So, while I think she cared for him I also think it was very superficial. I have to wonder why Rumple joined the army in the first place. He says “my weaving days are behind me” as if being a humble spinner was something to be ashamed of.

I knew it. Cora was the heartbreaker in this situation. I remember redsing a review that said the alleged “heartbreaking scene” between Rumpel and Cora will harken back to Rumpel’s words to Belle in Skin Deep. “No one can ever love me!” I think Cora winds up breaking Rumpel’s heart by the end of the episode.
I repeat my mantra of basically this entire week: SHE MUST DIE.
I know there are many who claim Rumple deserves it or that he’s just evil but no one deserves that. She must die. π πThe only concern I have with killing Cora…is what “big bad” is coming next? So for now I’m on board, just makes me wonder that if she’s so bad and causing all these problems then what will our heroes be facing once she’s gone? Is it Sunday yet?!?
This is an excellent question. I think it’s going to be the real world. I think Greg is going to make himself a right pest for the rest of the season which causes our heroes to leave for Neverland
So for the rest of the season you’ve got: 2×17a flashback; 2×18 Pinocchio's story; 2×19 Rumbelle; 2×20 not a freaking clue anymore. Thought I knew and then no; 2×21-22 flying to Neverland which I think has to come after Greg and HER bring the world to SB"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"RumplesGirl

Rose, I love you. I truly do. You’re fabulous honey. But you’re playing someone who I hate with every fiber of my being. π
Agreed. Even her humble beginning that we saw in the first act didn’t do much to make me like her much. Mostly I just glowered at my screen remembering the make out scene between her and Rumple.

Keymasterhere is a scene where it turns out I can’t give Rumple what he wants. It was an incredibly emotional scene for both of us, and it was really beautiful. That scene stood out for me, probably my favorite.
She is going to break his heart. SHE MUST DIE. OK? SHE MUST DIE. πΏ πΏ πΏ πΏ

Interesting clip. I’m guessing after the king locks Cora in the tower, that’s when Rumpel appears to make her an offer.
Yup and based on other spoilers not only does he spin the straw into gold but teaches her to do it too cause there are pics in which Cora does it for the King in front of the court.
Ugh, I don’t want to see Rumpel teaching Cora anything.
*sobs* me either!!!!! *rocks self and waits for Lacey*

Anyone else notice the difference in physical traits between Prince Henry and Henry Mills Sr.? The difference in their height was quite noticeable. I know we all shrink a little as we get older but gosh, that was a lot.
These guys are never sloppy when casting roles. They pay close attention to details. I’m really beginning to wonder if they aren’t too separate people after all.
It could be a statement on how powerful Cora is. She made this handsome Prince into a cowardly timid man. They could be trying to draw a parallel.
Cora and Henry together were interesting. I doubt she was really there for the food, makes me wonder if she had designs on the Prince all along."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"RumplesGirl

I’m sorry, but Adam and Eddie, you’re trolling. You are straight up trolling. π
Rumpel and Cora may have a lot in common, but they are like poison to each other. Too much darkness and not enough light. Rumpel needs someone to balance out his darkness. That’s why Belle is his true love. She balances him out and makes him want to be a better person. Someone who sits around and condones all the aweful things you do does not make them your soul mate. That’s not love. You don’t allow a loved one to spiral out of control and fall further and further into darkness. You just don’t. That’s why Belle and Baelfire are the only people Rumpel truly loves. They’re good people who bring out th best in Rumpel. They wants to help him change because they know that’s what’s best for him. That’s what true love is all about.

You are my favorite person today.

Keymasterbut Cora is his soulmate in a lot of ways. She understands him in a way that other people donβt because sheβs not trying to make him a better man.β
what the hell is that. Adam and Eddy I adore you, but you know that’s not true at all and you know how the Rumbelle community is going to react.
I agree with the others who say it was a poor choice of words. Cora is just like the DARK ONE, but not the Rumple Rumple wants to be with Belle: you made me want to go back, back to the best version of me
