The third one: it’s hard to love someone if you don’t have a heart.
Did Cora take out her heart before her wedding? Or maybe right before having Reinga? So she cared for Rumple before she got married, but afterwards decided to remove her heart and thus stopped caring for Rumple, and then broke his heart?

So would I actually, I’m just throwing out theories. I want him to stay the Dark One for a very long time but to turn it towards good like he said he would back in “A Desperate Soul”

What if the Dark One dies before Rumple dies. That magic completely leaves him and he’s so close to death that he’s now human, and that’s when Snow saves him. No more Dark One. It would be…interesting.
