KeymasterGuys, it’s only Wednesday. We’re going to be mentally unhinged come Sunday at 8.
What are those two words???

KeymasterDon’t loose faith Slurpeez! He’s NeaFire!! I think casual viewers wouldn’t think that the big favor from way back in season 1 would be “get that man running away to talk to me!” because they don’t know Neal is Bae.

They found more fairy dust in the Cricket Game so she’s packing heat. She also had it in some pictures from The Miller’s Daughter.
Perhaps the BF found the wand Mr. Gold had in his shop while he’s out of town.
We have yet to learn what those “final preparations” were that the fairies had to do before the Dark Curse hit. My thought has always been that it was to make sure that the BF had her memories, but maybe it was also to ensure that she had access to a wand, even if it wasn’t working until after the Savior came to town.

While I think the theories about him sacrificing himself do sound much more emotionally satisfying we still have the Blue Fairy with that freaking wand…and is Gepetto in this scene or is all they are showing Emma with him?
Speaking of the BF with that freaking wand…where did that come from?! It wouldn’t surprise me if she’s been hoarding that wand for some time (like 28 years…). But, does the wand work? Rumple needed to take the magic from the diamonds in the mine in order for it work.

So, the fairies (like nuns often are in our world) could be the guardians of orphans. Perhaps Tinker Belle found Baelfire, a de factor orphan after Rumple let go of him, and brought him to Neverland. There is a similar plot line in the movie Hook in which Tinker Belle brought Peter Pan, a lost child, to live in Neverland as a little boy. You can watch that clip here starting at the 3:00 mark: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yn98IwkKOMc
Hook is such a great movie.
I’ve often thought that the BF was also Tinkerbell (in my mind it makes very little sense to introduce yet another Fairy when you have the BF who can stand in for so many). If that bean did take Neal to Neverland, then she would be like Tinkerbell. And I’ve often wondered if the BF has been traveling between worlds for some time now. She could be the reason why Neal was both in Neverland and then our world."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"RumplesGirl

I want to know who Rum’s father is too and the spinsters that raised Rum when he was younger.
Something random and sort of out there that just popped into my head…in the Disney version of Sleeping Beauty, she was taken away by the three good fairies who raised her until her 16th birthday. Those fairies couldn’t be these spinsters, could they? In the movie, one of them was dressed in blue…like I said, it’s a random, crackpot theory…but how perfectly messed up would it be if Blue was one of three fairies who raised Rumple as a child after he lost both his parents.
That’d be ironically delicious, considering how much Mr. Gold loathes the BF now!
To add to this: in the movie Sleeping Beauty believed herself to be an orphan. If the fairies are raising orphans, like Rumple, it could give more credence to the fact that it was the BF who got Henry Jr to SB and to Gold who then got him to Regina. Once again, she’s just doing what she had been doing in FTL.

KeymasterI agree with Phee. If that is Rumple’s plan (and I think you’re on to something there Slurpeez) I think it needs to needs to fail. It can’t be a possibility. I really hope this is Gepetto recalling his boy as Pin. lays dying. (which I know is a terrible thing to say, but honestly the best shot for redemption with August may be sacrificing his life for Emma, given that he failed to protect her for so long)

OK, so I managed to get the thread to load and can see the thumbnails and it’s the pic of Eion in the green getup, and there’s also one of youngPinocchio. It’s not letting me click the thumbnails to see them full size, but Pinocchio is dressed as Pinocchio, which makes no sense to me, because if I were making this show and wanted to show adultAugust revert to childPincchio is SB, I’d have the kid wearing the same clothes that adultAugust had been, not his FTL garb. That may be nitpicky, but to me it doesn’t compute. *headdesk*
Based on your description, none of this is computing. So he’s dressed as he was when he came through the wardrobe. Is the BF trying to rewrite history? Make sure that youngPinocchio takes care of Emma this time around??? I don’t understand…

KeymasterI can’t get into that site either. :-/
I really don’t like this whole transforming adult August into young boy. It’s a really disappointing way to end his character. Killing him makes more sense to me."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"RumplesGirl

Also, August has things he needs to be held accountable for, and I doubt they could wrap that all up properly in one ep, and if he reverts to being a kid, then that can’t all be properly resolved.
It’d be disappointing on multiple levels if they go that route with the character, so here’s hoping it won’t be the case.
I couldn’t agree more! It wouldn’t be fair to all the parents and children who wish they could do it all over again. I hope the BF is there to turn him back into a man from a wooden man. If the BF is in this episode with Neal and August then maybe we need to revisit the idea that the next “Lacey” is about the BF since we now know that “HER” isn’t important.
