It might work better than, say, fairy dust which I can’t see the BF wanting to relinquish to help Rumple. Belle may be an innocent in all this, but the BF and Rumple have a less than stellar history. Though, this would be an ideal time for those two to come to blows after so long.

Oh I hope so! What sort of spell would requre a kiss? And it’s not just Cora kissing Rumple…she leans in an *he* actually kisses her. 😕 Well, Robert did say in an interview that 2×12/2×13 woud be shocking…oh, boy. (Thinking about what that could mean is killing me right now.)
THAT is a perfect explanation for why a Rumbelle kiss wouldn’t work right now. Ok. Ok. Ok. Good. I can take that explanation. That helps calm me down. *only slightly because tonight the writers sort of destroyed one of my favorite things about this show* But then how does he get her back. He has to get her back. The writers KNOW how popular Rumbelle is. They wouldn’t really keep this going forever, right?

–I really hate Hook right now. Rumple did something terrible, I agree, in killing Milah. He shouldn’t have ripped out her heart. But Milah wasn’t an innocent and Belle was. And right now I hope Hook dies.

–Robert Carlyle is phenomenal. Even though I had issues with Rumple tonight and some of the things he did, that man is a genius on screen. Someone give him an award already.

I think my current theory is that Rumple displaced Henry Sr and Cora after she refused to give Rumple baby Regina AND used the dagger to make Rumple teach her magic. Once Cora had her magic and her child she probably thought she could take Rumple but Rumple got one step ahead of her and somehow H and C lost their throne (my guess is to George). Thus, Cora would never have told Henry Sr about Rumple and the trick they played.
