KeymasterI don’t think the Imposter theory can be true since in that family shot of everyone back in SB, we see Charming. Only Snow’s true love kiss could awaken him. I don’t want them to open the door that all it takes is someone posing as SW to wake Charming. I think that’s a very dangerous road to go down for this show.

KeymasterThat’s interesting. But is Charming stuck in the Red Room? He can’t climb out since the walls are all on Fire. And the Wraith took Philip to a different realm, but we haven’t seen him in the Red Room.

KeymasterI think it’s interesting it was a CROW. Every time Regina was being the EQ in SB, there were crow noises in the background. Many of us noticed this. What if they are Cora’s spies? Crow mythology often deals with death, traveling all over the world, and even a trickster, all which may be tied to Cora in someway. Maybe they fly to Cora in whatever world she’s in at the time with messages.

KeymasterI think he knows about the dagger because he’s been working with Cora. My theory is that Cora knows all about the dagger, that’s what the battle was between her and Rumple. While I do think she is the miller’s daughter, it can’t be his “guess my name” thing from the original tale since Rumple has a habit of introducing himself to people.

KeymasterMany good questions. My major one focuses on the focus between Rumple and Regina in Granny’s. Body? Battle? Cora? What?!
My other question is about the quill and ink. If Blue gave Cinderella and Thomas the quill…did she know it wasn’t magic? Can I add this to my list of reasons I don’t trust Blue? Here’s my still in progress theory about Rumple and Cora:
Rumple has this odd habit of introducing himself, which is odd given the original fairy tale. So I don’t think the miller’s daughter is going to guess his name. That wouldn’t fit with how Rumple presents himself. BUT what if Cora got ahold of the dagger somehow? If she had the dagger, she could control him, force him to teach her magic. He must do what she says, but somehow he gets it back (obviously). This would also explain why Hook seems like he’s more prepared to face Rumple this time around. During the Crocodile, he obviously had no clue about the dagger, and Rumple is always very careful about not letting people know about it (like the maid in The Return). If Cora knew about it, she could have told Hook, sealing their alliance."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"November 26, 2012 at 1:40 pm in reply to: INTO THE DEEP— FAVORITE & LEAST FAVORITE MOMENTS — #162373RumplesGirl
KeymasterGreat episode!
Favorite bits: Rumple and Regina conversation in Granny’s (Because WHAT?!); Charming being…well, Charming; Snow and Charming’s reunion; Henry’s bravery; Cora and Hook’s banter; Rumbelle eating hamburgers and his comment about condiments.
Least favorite bits: Mulan doing all these stupid things!

KeymasterI think it has to be the Blue Fairy. It needs to be someone who knew all the stories. We saw in “The Crocodile” that Rumple didn’t know Red was a Child of the Moon so I think that leaves him out. I think the Blue Fairy wrote it either right before the curse hit or while in SB (she’s had her memories all along in my opinion), gave the book to MM either knowing she’d give it to Henry or encouraging her to give it to him. My only problem is why she left out Rumple. Maybe because she would have to admit that she apparently did nothing in all those hundreds of years to stop his curse or his quest (at least from what we’ve seen so far)

I’m going to start a riot of something bad happens to Belle. RIOT!!!
…Ok maybe not a riot, but I will very upset! 😆
I’m kind of banking on the fact that since Hook isn’t really a villain, he won’t go as far as to actually kill Belle. I think he has his sights set on the dagger. But on a completely cynical note, as much as the writers are hyping up this rivalry between Rumpel and Hook, nothing is going to come of it because killing off Rumpel would seriously damage the show, and killing off Hook will upset a lot fans too. I know the writers like to pretend that they don’t pay attention to the fandon, but they do. They sooooooooooooooo do! 😆
I’d help you! I would be so upset, lol!
It would be interesting to see Belle’s sorrow for Rumple…or maybe….OH!!!
Play out the original beauty and the beast thing!!!! What if, Hook ‘kills’ Rumple…(or rumple is dying or something).. Belle cries over him or whatever…and kisses him? True loves kiss? Wakes him up, he isn’t the dark one…and there you go.
This has now become my theory. 😉 😀 😀
Someone would have to pick me up off the floor cause I would be a ball of sad hysteria. Even though I’ve seen the animated B and B many many many many times and know how it ends, I always cry when the Beast is dying. And now that the Beast and Rumple are one character—I couldn’t handle it. But I definitely think this might play out. The fact that they made Rumple the Beast and the only way to defeat the Dark One is a dagger, I think it might happen this way.

I read in a recent interview with Adam and Eddy that they’re probably going to leave off doing Wizard of Oz until maybe even S3, so I don’t think Ethan Embry will play Wizard of Oz, thought it’s interesting to consider.
Sounds like a good plan to me. With everything that’s going on right now, adding Oz as well would be overload. When Oz happens, it should be in a context where it’s the focus, which wouldn’t happen if they went there right now.
My comment up thread about Barrett being a real world person who Neal hires to go investigate SB was just some random thing that popped into my head at the time, but the more I’ve thought about it, the more I like the idea. Didn’t Jane Espenson tweet someone recently, “You think he’s going to SB?” in response to a tweet about Neal. We’d all figured he’d go, because obviously he’s been waiting for the curse to be broken. But really, the more sensible option for him would be to send someone in there first to suss out what’s what and who’s who, rather than Neal just charging into town completely unprepared.
I like that idea but I think it depends on how much Neal has grown as a person in 11 years. We only saw a brief glimpse of his life in Broken, and it does look like he’s no longer a thief, hanging out in stolen cars or stealing watches. I just don’t know if we can call him sensible since all we really know about him was his thievery. Also: if he is Bae (an idea I refuse to let go of yet….) then that could be another reason why he doesn’t want to go to SB. Reunion with Rumple cannot be at the top of his to-do list.

KeymasterI think someone is going to use Archie. I hate to think of Jiminy Cricket playing mind games. Just something about that idea unsettles me.
