KeymasterSure, they could come back but it’s worth noting that it’s not really up to them. The writers have to find a way to reintroduce them into the storyline in a way that doesn’t feel fanservice-y and lines up coherently with the narrative. Right now, it wouldn’t make any sense for anyone from SB to come into HH since, according to Regina, they can’t get in touch with SB or go to them for whatever still unexplained reason.
Rumple dying and meeting Belle in the afterlife makes a ton of sense so that’s why Emilie making another reappearance is at a higher percentage than Snowing, both of whom are alive and in SB without any knowledge of what’s going on in HH.

KeymasterI agree Belle could come back for another post-Rumple’s death appearance (and I honestly haven’t ruled out MRJ popping in for a papa/Bae reunion in heaven).
JMo, IMO, is a no-go. Not now, not ever. She’s 100% done.
Of the two, I could see Josh Dallas coming back for a brief cameo but a pretty big no for Ginny. I think Ginny was done a few years before S6, tbh. They could bring Charming back for a single episode mostly just so he can explain why Emma and Snow aren’t there and do some hero-ing with Henry before once again fading into the sunset. However, I’d put the odds of Josh coming back pretty low. Like maybe 25%.

KeymasterThat is a false answer saying they are gone and done. Cause they fact is they are not. This interview proved opposite, in case you never saw it.
In that interview they said that they *think* we might see some familiar faces but that doesn’t actually mean we will nor does it suggest it’ll be the original cast or just a few minor characters. Thus far from what we know about filming, no one from the past–minus Zelena whom we saw in the winter finale–has shown up on set.
The writers make plenty hullabaloo every time one of the original cast members come back–Jen, Emilie, Bex–and so far for this second half…nothing.

KeymasterIs this all a nightmare of Henry’s? KITSIS: That is not happening. If someone thinks they’re going to wake up, and Henry’s going to say that was a nightmare, and we’re going to have the original cast back, that’s not realistic, and life doesn’t work that way.
This answer in particular sounds like a passive aggressive response aimed towards certain infamous Season 7 anti-fans.
Very much so.

KeymasterWill we get to meet Hook’s mother?
KITSIS: Probably not.
That feels like a pretty definitive no. Interestingly, they used to give answers like “maybe someday” but now it’s just a no.
Is Regina’s love interest someone we already know?
KITSIS: It is someone we have already met.
Facilier, then
Have we actually already seen The Guardian?
KITSIS: Well, that is an interesting question, because — like the Dalai Lama — once one Guardian is done, another one appears. I guess the answer is yes.
*tilts head* Huh?
Will we get to see more of Cinderella’s backstory before she met Henry?
KITSIS: Can’t say.
Gosh I’d hope so. Cinderella feels woefully underdeveloped and it’s not helped by the fact that the actress isn’t exactly…stellar…in the role.
Any chance we will meet Killian and Emma’s child in future episodes?
HOROWITZ: No.
Well that settles that, then.
Will any familiar faces die by season’s end?
KITSIS: Yes.
Gothel, Drizella possibly.
You know…over the past seven years I’ve come to loathe the Hot Seats because usually A and E seem to enjoy making us squirm but this can got to be the most unremarkable and uninteresting one to date. They barely said anything–usually they say something that makes us interested/angry.

KeymasterThis is where Jacinda’s ex — Henry’s best friend from EF2 — does a far, far better thing than he has ever done.
Ahhhhh, never thought of that. But yeah he’s got Sydney Carton written all over him.

KeymasterI doubt that Henry will die. The writers will come up with some clever or not clever MacGuffin to save everyone.

KeymasterI guess neither answer surprises. Emma didn’t believe until the end of S1 and I’m assuming Henry will follow the same story path. As for him and Jacinda, I guess I’m not terribly surprised either given that Lucy is at the forefront of the Jacinda’s mind right now.
