He’s not famous enough, IMO, for Adam to just follow without there being an OUAT connection…so yeah I think @Kranen is right.

I’m not sure how much I’d blame it on Lail’s acting, or how much I’d blame it on the script and character that she was given. Maybe it also has to do with Lail still being a new TV actress? I know OUAT was her first ever TV role, and she was fresh from graduating college at the time.
Oh the scripts don’t help at all. She’s been asked to scream a lot so far.

Oh it’s definitely the best one they’ve done in a long time. It actually makes thematic sense for the season.
