KeymasterHenry and Lucy will be fine. This is not a remotely interesting plot point and they should not waste half a season in it. It should be resolved really quickly and the witches should be the issue.
I agree; Henry and Lucy do not feel like they are in any real danger, of course A and E aren’t going to actually kill them. And given how willy nilly their rules of magic are, Regina should be able to figure out some magical thing that will resolve the poison/curse.

KeymasterYou said you won’t be replying to anything, which is fine, but as a representative of both the podcast and the forums, I’ll just touch on a few things (for you and for others)
1) Just to clarify: Dorothy and Ruby shared TLK; not Dorothy and Mulan. To this day, Mulan is canonically unattached.
2) Again, just to clarify: Zobyn is, I think, Zelena and Robyn(?) which is a mother/daughter combo. That will likely be discussed at length. I think Alice and Robyn, a romantic pairing, are currently going by Curious Archer?
3) The podcast isn’t sure how it will handle Robyn/Alice storyline because there are some other things going on and we have three months to figure it out. As usual, this forum will be open to all conversations of relationships and storylines regardless of sexual orientation so long as they abide by the rules of the forum (polite conversation and civil discourse)

KeymasterDaniel is physically fine but it is a personal matter between him and his family. If you believe in the power of prayer or just sending love his way, please do so. However, since it’s a private matter I am going to go ahead and close this thread for the sake of the Lewis’s family privacy.

KeymasterInteresting, since those are both Espensodes. “Wake Up Call” aside, it makes me wonder if she’s not too fond of this reboot.
I am genuinely shocked that 710 is Jane’s. Nothing about that episode seemed like her writing.

KeymasterFollowing the Winter Finale, TV Grim Reaper still has us at “likely cancelled” with the explanation of low ratings and age/expense. In fact, he’s got everything on the Friday night line up (OUAT, AoS and Inhumans) as likely cancelled.

KeymasterWell now that we’ve seen the finale, Anwar’s disappearance from set makes total sense.

KeymasterI think there is zero chance that Anastasia is the guardian.
I think it’s more likely she’s just one of the 8; everything about the way the story was told and set up screams red herring with Anastasia.

KeymasterThe show does not work without a good female protagonist.
Yes this is a pretty good point. Alice is grand but she’s not leading the show like Emma did. And I personally really like Andrew J West as Henry but making the lead a male has certain….diminishing returns on this show.

Keymaster(Regina and Zelena, of course, are two members.) They don’t have that last bit in quotes though, so is that actually something that A&E did confirm in the interview, or is it just something the writer of the article assumed and stuck in there?
I totally missed that but that doesn’t make a lick of sense. We saw the other Witches during the Curse ceremony, yes? And Zelena and Regina were not part of the Coven; they were the opponents.
That quote seems to suggest that the other 6 members of the Coven are up for debate and not solid/set in stone, only Gothel and Ana seem to be permanent. But doesn’t that really undercut the whole “family of Witches” theme Gothel was going for?!

KeymasterMama Odie – Princess and the Frog
That one is probably a given since Tiana is a prominent feature of the show now.
Queen Jades/the White Witch – The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe (although I’m not sure about the status of Disney’s rights for that)
I remember having this conversation when we learned Lucy’s name back in S6B; I don’t think Disney has any rights to the Lewis works/movies about the books at this point.
Could we possibly dip into Marvel with characters like Lorelei and Scarlet Witch? I wouldn’t put it past them
They *could* technically but oooh boy do I think that’d be a mistake.
Outside of Disney, we never met Morgana or Morgan Le Fey
I’ve always wanted Morgana so that’s a really good guess; and with Madame Mim as a potential then there’s two characters with some shared history.
– My last thought is that if they use the term “witch” loosely, Dr. Facilier being one of them could make a lot of sense.
yes I wondered how strict they are keeping to the word “witch.”
