Without Hades around to keep souls from moving on, though, wouldn’t the Underworld be a much better place? Lets Zades have Overbrooke…they can make beautiful chaos together. The heroes can stay in the Underworld and help the souls, greet newly dead people with hot cocoa and cookies. Everyone wins.
Zades can take Cruella and go topside and take over the show. It’ll be like Three’s Company, but with more murder!

I just don’t trust that things have any meaning anymore. I just think about how bad the beginning of 5A matched the end. There is barely consistent meaning from episode to episode. The writers just aren’t good.
This is my stance as well. I’d love to believe they wee doing something deliberate but since they focus more and more on plot and less and less on character introspection, I don’t think Emma’s gonna have any sort of Ah!Ha! moment.

I would say because those scenarios were very selective. Zelena only erased their memories of the missing year, and Emma only erased their memories of the 6 weeks in Camelot. Therefore, it was only those specific memories that returned.
I figured that was probably the case. It just seems…convenient.

They’re in the Underworld where time stands still (much like it does in Neverland). Without hope, there’s no growth, only decay. Hence, the symbolic broken clocktower. I know, I know. My questions are pointless, and we’re overthinking this.
Maybe because Belle is still living she has the possibility for growth….???????
