Last week we actually adjusted up to a 1.2; I’m gonna say that we’ll either hold steady or dip slightly (the weather in huge parts of the world is lovely right now and people may stay out while the sun is still up or just going down)

Trying to puzzle that out…
So Dorothy arrived in Oz WITH SHOES.
We know Zelena put her under some sort of unbreakable (sleeping?) curse. I assume that’s when Zelena took the shoes and used those shoes to get to SB.
And then Ruby…what…hopped in the nearest cyclone and wished herself to the Underworld? Or did she use some sort of tracking spell? The 2nd sneak peek makes a big deal out of her tracking abilities.

Ugh good point! And the idea that slipper magic is stronger than a god in his domain…nope.

My running assumption is that at first, when he changed the Underworld to look like SB, he wanted it to be a literal carbon copy–the small town feel and charm, brimming with all the quaintness we saw in S1. But it didn’t work that way because it’s still the Underworld AND, moreover, Hades wasn’t willing to let the souls move on because they feed his power/ego. He can’t have his cake and eat it too: either he can keep the souls trapped in Underbrooke (but not have it look like the one above ground) OR he can have Underbrook look like the one above ground (but not keep any of the souls tethered to it).
I guess, in the end, we’re supposed to read that Hades is choosing his power/ego over giving Zelena a true Underbrooke.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"My theory is that Zelena stole the slippers from Dorothy, and that’s how she escaped from Oz. Snow and Ruby will end up using the slippers to return to Storybrooke themselves. Or Snow will drop Ruby off back in Oz, and then go back to Storybrooke on her own. Either way, I think we know how Snow leaves the Underworld now.
Yeah that seems like the most likely scenario.
So did Zelena have the slippers stashed on her person when she laded in the Underworld. Because she wasn’t wearing them in 5×16.

And that is questioned and answered for a major character all the time. I know, I read and matched it. The minor deaths are a common thing for the show.
Not necessarily. Here’s the same question type and a very telling answer from Eddy before the S3 finale (article: X)

Kitsis: Yes, there will be death. It’s just a matter of whether or not you’ll care. It could be a major character or it could be Henchman No. 4, but death will be had.
Anytime this is asked, A and E usually say yes. But a lot of times, it simply means a red-shirt. Minor deaths are common, yes, but they are still deaths and A and E still count them when they answer those type of questions.
This is kind of moot, though. Based on set photos and reports, we know it’s a major character.

When used in its more adjectival form, “Machiavellian” simply mean something along the lines of…using great cunning in general conduct to achieve some sort of self-interested goal. It references the “The Prince” while taking a broader meaning.

Like they do almost every year, and usually it means a guard or some other red-shirt. This year the clues are leading us all to realize that it is a probably a major death because of the funeral and reports from people on set. When there was a major character death last time (Neal) we had the Spoiler of Doom before hand, informing everyone that one of the regulars would die in 3B and that the actor or actress would not be returning. We don’t have that this time (TvLine’s Blind Item was about another show). All we have are the set pics, some odd things Sean said at the start of this arc, and what we’re seeing on screen.
