Alright. I agree with Bar that this conversation is pretty much pointless. We have all we have in the ways of clues until more episodes air. The filming thread at this point stays open in case we get pics not released the day an episode was shot (some paps keep things until closer to the episode). And as always, let’s try for civility when discussing sensitive issues.

    You’re wrong man.

Absolutely nothing @thedarkonedearie said was wrong. “Dead is dead” is one of the biggest jokes on this show. All those characters died and then were brought back by some sort of magical macguffin, plot, magic, or other handwave.

When a major character dies–Graham, Neal–they stay dead. The exception was Charming and that was done in the same episode, literally one scene later, midway through a season arc when everyone clearly knew that Charming was still alive.

And as you see after surving death, there is no way they are going to repeat resurrections (no third chances),

    Anastasia says hi.

This show can literally do whatever they want because its world building is so shaky and rules of magic are being made up in the moment and never allowed to solidify.

In other words, there are no hard rules on this show that allow us to accurately predict what is going to happen with Robin post-death.

Evidence is incredibly strong that Robin *is* dying. What is no longer so clear–because of the show’s plot mechanics, the themes of the show, lack of filming spoilers for S6, and Sean’s own carefully chosen words–is whether or not Robin stays dead.

    “Some time ago….”

Because the writers really have no idea and no concept of their own timeline. I mean, yeah it’s better than “many years ago” but lately the title cards seem generalized out of ignorance instead of anything else

Wow. But one of those posters makes a good point, someone (not A and E) thought it was okay to go in and edit the work before sending it out?? Like without consulting with showrunners?

Not even that. A week at most (and if we take Hook literally that Emma hasn’t slept since they came to the Underworld, then it’s less than a week given human constraints)

I dunno if I’d take Hook’s words literally, because “hasn’t slept” may just mean that Emma has gotten little sleep, rather than not sleeping at all. One thing with this show is that they’re pretty ambiguous as to how much time passes in between episodes. I mean the entire Camelot quest took place over 6 weeks based on what they told us at the end of “The Dark Swan”, but it may not come across as that long when watching all of the Camelot flashbacks back to back.

Yeah true. But even if every single episode takes place over one full day, that’s only 6 days. I guess we could use Belle as an indicator. She didn’t know she was pregnant nor even suspect that something might be different/changed with her. I guess minimum of one week, max of one month (and that’s stretching it). I would use clothing but Emma spent almost the entire Camelot arc in her white dress….*sigh*

It’s ambiguous, I agree. But the little timeline fluxes are really starting to bug me (like this one from the peek, if they don’t correct it)

How long have they been in the Underworld now? Maybe a few weeks tops

Not even that. A week at most (and if we take Hook literally that Emma hasn’t slept since they came to the Underworld, then it’s less than a week given human constraints)

Okay so I’m not going crazy. Mulan and Red have only known each other a few months at most.

Anyway, interesting that they took it down.

MANY YEARS AGO…someone….someone help me. This doens’t make sense right? Or does it? Mulan and Ruby met in present day, yes? Mulan and Merida in the past but Mulan and Ruby met during Camelot which was about 2 months ago in the show?!

Really? Toto’s growl is mistaken for a wolf?

Oh come oooooon. Anyone still wanna tell me it’s not Dorothy and Ruby??? Anyone??

I want them to do what RG suggested about two years ago: incorporate Shang but just make him a woman in disguise just like Mulan was. That fixes the issue to me.

Yup, that would fix it for me as well.
