What if the reason Colin appeared was for Killian to appear the way Fergus did from his tomb again to give a farewell to all.
Then why is Little John there and where’s Sean?
I thought it was informed that Rumple and Belle were not there either.
Belle is there, but filming something else with Merida and Little John has no reason to be at Rumple’s funeral.

yeah, but some are contradicting, they mention Merida and bell filming, then they say now Rumple or belle either, so this is a whole mess. I have to say if they go this route i will be very surprised, i never thought i would say this about the show again, and this arc they been surprising me.
It seems as though they are filming multiple things that are unrelated. Like Merida and Belle are filming for the finale but a different scene than everyone else who are filming for (possibly) a different episode

You know. To be fair. They did that with a LOST finale once. They filmed three different people in coffins in case anything got leaked. But the real death wasn’t given until the episode aired.
However, it was only one filming day and everyone was there but Robin, with people like LIttle John in attendance. It’s gotta be Robin if anyone.

I hope not. My wishful thinking is leading me to hope she is donning these clothes for all the people she killed in EF then saved in the Underworld by helping them move on.
I dunnooooo. There are a lot of things coming together all at once that aren’t leading down a good path. The comment from Sean’s agent awhile back; Sean’s own noncommittal answer to the question; the filming shots of the cast without Sean, all in black, at a cemetery (I’m having Neal flashbacks actually. We all tried to rationalize those shots but it was exactly what it looked like: Neal’s funeral).

One would hope since we just had an entire arc (or will have an entire arc) about saving someone from death. And like you said, if it’s to turn Regina back to EVIL then I’ll join you in throwing things.

I’m sure that’s the in-universe reason. But even then, Meg has a LOT of spunk in the film. It’d be nice to see that in a show that harps on their portrayals of strong women.
