    If the rest of the spoilers are right, then her name is Cleo Fox, not Cleo Swan. So I think the woman is the just bailbonds person Emma learned all her tricks from.

    I’m telling you guys, I think this is possibly the original “Ms. Swan”. The person emma decided to take her name from.

    Honestly I didn’t like The Dark Swan so if you say that this one is worse? I have no hope for this series whatsoever. My questions are (just yes or no will be enough): 1. Were there any retcons? 2. Were there any inconsistencies? 3. Were there any OOC moments?

    I agree with your second point about needing to sell what the writers are telling her (JMo) to sell.

    But with your first if the scene wasn’t in the original script then IMO that means it was put in at the last possible second, probably to “appease” fans and so they wouldn’t get accused of leaving Neal as the Elephant in the Room, again. And if that’s the case, it tells me everything I need to know about Neal in 5B–appearance for the sake of appearance and nothing more. Not that I even remotely expect anything more or for the writers to turn CS on its head
