KeymasterStorybrooke close to destruction on a season/arc finale? Goodness. That’s never happened.

KeymasterRegina didn’t die. She wiggled around in the air for a bit and nothing happened.
That’s because she didn’t have any “wicked” in her (ie: they needed to find a way to insert Zelena into the narrative). And once Zelena activated it, Regina simply directed it.

KeymasterBut he’s not dead….
Who said all the returning guest stars had to be dead characters? Sure the majority of them will likely be, but it seems like this 100th episode could be extending to returning characters in general.
Sure, sure. I expect we’ll see several past character live or dead, but given the Underworld theme and the title, dead people make more sense. (Like, why do we need to see Sydney?)

KeymasterI am starting to believe Nimue is the second dark one. I still think it was her in the mask that turned Merlin into a tree as this would go along with Arthurian Legend
Yes this is how I feel now as well.

KeymasterCould a person be made to appear alive if his or heart were used for the curse? I’m probably overthinking this.
Oooh. You might not be. I mean, I never thought I’d see magic roofie sand on OUAT but ‘lo and behold….
I also didn’t think we’d ever see Mario’s Magic Mushroom ever again after Siege Perilous, but it keeps cropping back up. So the magic roofie sand might appear again, I’m just not sure what restrictions–or limits–are on this particular mcguffin.

KeymasterMaybe…if the flowers of doom (to borrow RG’s phrase) mean anything. *yes, I’m choosing to think so until shown otherwise*
Normally I don’t go down your rabbit holes because show isn’t deep anymore (not like when we used to spend silly amounts of time inspecting screenshots for hidden details) BUT DUDE.
those flowers of doom are flipping EVERYWHERE in the promo shots for Nimue. And we KNOW the story of Merlin and Nimue ends badly

KeymasterSo, interesting that Arthur/Gwen are being compared to Snow/Charming. Maybe things aren’t quite what they appear?
Yes but Arthur says the bit about hearts beating as one after he magic sand roofied her, so that part is clearly a lie on Arthur’s part. We know their hearts don’t really beat as one metaphorically since Gwen was seconds from leaving. If anything, the writers might go for Gwen and Lance’s heart really beating as one.

KeymasterSo Merlin is immortal? Then that means he’s alive in present day right?
I suspect he gave up his immortality for Nimue (so that he didn’t have to live without her) but then Mr.Mask interferes, takes Nimue away from him–turns her dark, or something–and then Merlin becomes a tree.
