Good. It was a very popular headcanon for many for awhile that Charming’s father was from Camelot, a knight of the Round Table. Kind of a wasted opportunity that they didn’t go that route but chose “sad drunk who died in a cart accident”
ETA: as for Ruby, nice that’s she’s coming back but it’s probably a one off until she’s shipped back to Forgotten Character Island. Its to keep the fans who keep asking about her happy but nothing substantial

That my come in handy. Yeah,I know it’s dried up OR whatever but plot devices can be plot devices. I mean, I could easily believe her if belle says “Rump had some nostos lake water in the fridge.” If she’s asked about it lol.
We actually don’t know if it’s still dried up. The ashes Cora had returned it to its form (and allowed everyone to come home) but we don’t have a status update on the lake as of yet.
However, it’s entirely possible that Emile is just carrying some drinking water
