"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"There was so much more to Neal’s character than the CaptainSwanFire love triangle. A&E could’ve had SwanFire go their separate ways amiably then had Neal’s character focus on rebuilding a relationship with Rumple whilst also developing a strong relationship with Henry. Focussing on the Baelfire side of Neal’s character rather than the Neal side of Baelfire’s character would’ve enabled CS to happen like A&E wanted without having to sacrifice Nealfire to make it happen.
But then it wouldn’t be OUAT where the only way you matter is if you are in a romantic relationship.

The OUAT panel is at 10am PST. You will need to do your own conversions for what time that is for you. For EST folks, that’s 1pm.
As we have almost every year in the past, Matt and I will be double teaming to get all the information up here AS IT HAPPENS LIVE. This will mostly include tweets from various sources. Yes, sometimes it will be the same information just said differently/from different people, ect. I understand that everyone wants to post news too, but PLEASE, let’s try not to have a thousand people uploading tweets, ok? Honestly, it drags down the server and last year it actually CRASHED in the middle of the panel resulting in me texting Daniel like a mad woman. It wasn’t pretty.
Your best bet is to just hang out in this thread and refresh every few mins. Then you can scan through what Matt and I have posted in the time since your last refresh. Feel free to comment as you go, of course.
As for videos: yes, they will ALL go here. Please do not create separate threads for any interviews at SDCC.
Interviews can be posted anywhere from a few hours to a week after the fact so this thread will probably be pretty active for awhile. Full panel videos will likely take 24-48 hours, depending on those who shoot them. Most TV sites–TvLine, EW, and the like–get their stuff up *very* quickly.
Hunter and I will be doing a special spoiler podcast some time next week (I’ll post it here when finished) in which we’ll go over all of SDCC plus all the spoilers we’ve gotten thus far and some fun speculation as to where the season is going.

His casting call said he’d be in his early to mid 30s. However, this is a bit too young even for that.
I’m pretty sure that part of Merlin’s mythology is that he gets younger as he gets…older. Like he ages backwards–or I believe T.H. White calls it “living backwards.” So his super young age obviously belies the fact that he’s ancient.

Now ordinary people are born forwards in Time, if you understand what I mean, and nearly everything in the world goes forward too. This makes it quite easy for the ordinary people to live, just as it would be easy to join those five dots into a W if you were allowed to look at them forwards, instead of backwards and inside out. But I unfortunately was born at the wrong end of time, and I have to live backwards from in front, while surrounded by a lot of people living forwards from behind. Some people call it having a second sight.
