It’s too bad we can’t see some numbers for Netflix viewing since A&E mentioned that was one of the factors for renewal for thi season.

Yeah, their reactions make me think that time doesn’t move faster in New EF because they weren’t really surprised he was grown up. There was no, “How are you sold old?!” “Time moves faster here.” So it’s been many years, but Regina, Rumple, Hook and Emma don’t look aged. But A&E also said it was 2017 in HH. None of this makes sense.
This episode was just so bizarre for me. I’m definitely going to have to rewatch it because I missed things and was confused.
Liked:
– Andrew J. West is doing a phenomenal job as Henry in my opinion. He has Henry’s mannerisms down pat and he’s even more likable.
– Jacinda and Henry making up in HH already – didn’t want to see that drag on.
– Tiana/Sabine had great lines. Especially about Henry’s “move” getting him and Jacinda in the same room. LOL. She has the potential to be a new favorite.
– Wish Realm Hook did the right thing in HH and stood up to Rumple. Also Rumple was just testing him? So he may be “good?” I would get behind that. Having Rumple have good intentions and pretending to be shady would be a refreshing change for his character.
Disliked:
– I’m glad Emma’s not dead, but I really would have been ok with her and Hook being separated this season. So we really only carried over two main characters from S1-6? I hope I’m wrong, but I feel like I’m going to be watching a completely new character, but it’s going to seem like original Hook and that all of his character development is lost, but it won’t be. Ahhhhhhhh. If we’re not getting to see the original Hook anymore, I almost would rather he had just been written out with Emma and Colin could move on to a different project. It’s going to take some time to sell me on this concept.

Right. Based on what they’ve said before, strange as it is, the last 6 Seasons didn’t show span 6 years in the show. I remember them saying during S4A that in the show’s timeline it was still early 2013 before the movie Frozen had been released.
I’m sort of wondering if Alice is Jefferson’s/Mad Hatter’s daughter.
It would even be a cool parallel that she’s working with Rumple the same way her father once did.

I’d wager that we’re getting a two hour somewhere. Possibly 9 and 10?
Don’t feel bad at all RG! It’s the kind of thing I could have just as easily done lol.
I think if we do get a 2 hour episode, it will be on November 17th, the week before Black Friday. I say this because Inhumans is only 8 episodes, and should be airing its finale on November 10th. Since AoS won’t premiere until December 1st, that would leave a vacant 9pm hour for November 17th. It would be 707 and 708. Then I guess 709 would air on December 8th, and 710 on December 15th.
That makes sense. Do we know what other show is airing on ABC the night AoS has their 2 hour premiere?
2 Weeks off would mean 7×10 wouldn’t air until Dec. 22 which seems late – unless they air 2 in one week at some point.

1st week off: Nov 24th (because of American Thanksgiving)
2nd week off: Dec 1st (because of AoS premiere)
Back on: Dec 8th for 709; 710 would air on the 15th
