Round 4 is now closed and the results are in! There were 19 eligible voters and we must say goodbye to the Bottom 15 episodes which each received between 0 and 5 votes. These episodes brought us two Cinderella tales, several adventures in Neverland, the Mad Hatter “portal” that allows you to go back in time to another realm and retrieve something small, and “He’s a baby, not a breakfast burrito!”:

Reading through the conference responses reminded me what a loss Neal was to the show and how there was so much untold story between Neal and Rumple and between Neal and Henry. So here’s my fantasy for S7 that will never happen: Zeus and the other Greek gods decide to send Neal back to our world temporarily to help Henry regain hope since Emma can’t because reasons. With him as a main in S7, we get to see the three generations of “Stiltskins” interact all as adults. He can even get another Swanfire scene when JMo guest appears. That would be beyond amazing.
Wow,some very interesting, candid stuffy, especially from Robert. If only he could have been one of the writers 🙁 I wonder if Robert and Michael were ever told Swanfire was endgame and if so if they’d ever reveal that to the audience.
Rumple: Miss Swan? There’s someone I’d like you to meet. This is Milah, my ex-wife. And Hook’s ex, also. She’s also Baelfire’s mother, of course. Emma knew him as Neal. They had a torrid affair, which resulted in a scandalous teenage pregnancy. In prison.
Emma: Yeah, well…
Milah: So, you’ve been with my former lover… and my son? Is that right?
Emma: Huh.
Rumple: I’m sure we’re gonna laugh ourselves sick about all this one day. I suggest you follow me before this gets even more awkward.I’d forgotten this dialogue. You’re right, it’s hilarious. I love the few self-aware moments we get from the writers. And I liked the twist of this episode meaning RumBelle’s baby belonged to Hades. It’s probably my 3rd favorite episode of S5 after “Sisters” and “Souls of the Departed.”
– What were the biggest surprises for you? What episode/s are you most disappointed to see go?
I’m really surprised to see “The Other Shoe” and “Devil’s Due” are still in. I’m also very surprised to see “Red Handed” go already. It was the episode that sold me for certain on OUAT – they showed how much interesting character growth and revelation they could provide for someone we knew very little about in under an hour. It had a great, unexpected twist, for me at least, and they really showed how they could turn a fairytale on its head. I’m also disappointed to see “The Shepherd” go.
– Why do you think the episodes in the Top 10 and Bottom 22 were the episodes they were?
The Top 10 remained mostly consistent. Based on the episodes that continue to get eliminated, I’d say they’re aren’t many “Belle when she isn’t with Rumple” fans voting.
– Will knowing these results change how you vote in the next round?
I still have 16 of my original Top 20 left, so I only had to pick one to abandon. But that was very, very hard. Lol.
– What predictions do you have for the next round’s results?
I think the S6 finale episodes will remain, the last of S5 and S6A will go, and that we’ll lose 2-3 more S1 episodes.
I still can’t believe the final three episodes of the last season are still in. At least there are only a few from the last three seasons left and around ten from the other three.
I’ll tip my hand a bit and say I voted for the musical episode so it doesn’t surprise me. I’m a sucker for musicals and there must be other people like me voting lol. The S6 finales do surprise me a bit tho. I’m most puzzled by 6×03 – The Other Shoe making it this far, even against other episodes from 6A, like “Strange Case” or “Heartless.” Apparently there’s more Cinderella fans than I thought.
