A&E mentioned part of the decision to renew OUAT was based on Netflix viewership. Live viewership will probably go down, but it seems networks are paying more attention to streaming, DVR + 7, and social media presence. The latter alone seemed to cause NBC to uncancel Timeless. I don’t think this is a definite ending to the show.

So Lucy’s Mom/Henry’s wife is definitely a fairy-tale/storybook character.

Very interesting. So it sounds like she’s a storybook character and not purely an original one. Theories on who she is?
I don’t think the Lucy-Enchanted-Forest scenes being a fast-forward mean it is a fast-forward past the final scene of the episode. Just that it is a fast-forward compared to the Enchanted Forest and Storybrook scenes from the rest of the episode. But it an still take place prior to the final scene in Seattle.
Right. That’s how I understood it too. The chronological timeline is:
– Final Storybooke scene.
– Henry meets his wife (A&E all but confirmed they were or are married in an interview)
– Somehow Henry and Lucy go to the EF and something happens to Henry
– Somehow Henry and Lucy end up in our world and Lucy goes to find Henry for help.
Is this reliable? So shooting would be in Vancouver, but not Steveston?

Maybe they will venture out into the rest of the world and show fairytale characters adjusting to that life. That could be interesting possibly. I really don’t want more Wish Realm. The characters would feel so hollow in my opinion, knowing they’ll have only existed since the wish was made. They’d have fake memories that couldn’t be restored. I think that would really limit the storytelling and I don’t think A&E would want to do that, especially if they want the show to continue to the umpteenth season.
Did they renew Timeless?
NBC first cancelled it; then they heard the outcry and actually renewed it.
I am so pleased!!! Timeless is the only other show I faithfully kept up with this past season other than OUAT.
Something that just occurred to me:
think about this episode From black Fairy’s viewpoint. She has NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON!!
Like imagine her explaining this to Rumpel later. “So I went to go kill her, I snatched her heart and everything…and then…she just starts singing. Yes. Singing. I don’t even know where the music was coming from, it was just there!”
She must have been so confused!! I’m dying with laughter.
That’s hilarious. Maybe she can try defeating Emma through song in the finale, and everyone will just look at her like she’s nuts. Haha.
Almost guarantees we will be in the wish realm.
How? I know it’s the prevailing theory right now, but it’s still just speculation.
Have Emilie’s and Jared’s departures been confirmed apart from AskAusiello? Or is it sort of assumed since Lana, Robert, and Colin are confirmed, the others aren’t? I assume we’ll hear one way or the other definitively soon like we just did with Bex.
I think Bex would have mentioned them with the rest if they had.
