SaraTheHLessParticipant
As for her being a villain just because she happened to be in Rumple’s vault, I’d like to toss out there that Rumple sent Emma and Hook to the vault as well (he fortunately had the means for them to escape the vault at that time) for simply having come from the future. That alone, to him, was dangerous enough and, had he not had the wand, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’d left them to die in there in order to protect the future. So, Elsa’s only offense, thus far, might’ve been time travel, much like theirs was. Watching Frozen, I always did wonder if the scenes where the snowflakes freeze in mid-air were meant to indicate Elsa’s powers had reached critical mass and could freeze time as well.

SaraTheHLessParticipantI don’t know if they knew much about the plans for the Maleficent movie back in season one but, I wouldn’t be surprised if some elements cross over now that the movie’s almost out. We know they like new toys. 🙂

SaraTheHLessParticipantThe amount of tie-in potential that doesn’t get used might irk you, though. I know that happened a bit to me with Wonderland. That said, that whole style of read-between-every-single-line writing drove me mad at first but, now I’ve grown quite fond of it.
Project Gutenburg is wonderful. You can read it online or download a ebook format of your choice here: http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/1597?msg=welcome_stranger#link2H_4_0006
You’ll find Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass there, as well…all free.

SaraTheHLessParticipantHere’s one that hasn’t been mentioned yet, Hook stopped Smee from killing a mouse/rat. As we already know, many of these are people in the EF.
Also, could just be due to the cold weather BUT, amongst Emma’s borrowed clothes was a pair of gloves. Rumple said he got them back before they were missed but….did he, really…or did someone just end up in an urn in a vault and not need them?
Edit: Nix that, Elsa emerges from the urn with a pretty sweet pair of baby blue gloves…then again, Rumple does like to dress people with magic…

SaraTheHLessParticipantGaultheria, I’m with you. I am 100% psyched for anything that crosses over with Wonderland, particularly if it’s Frozen/The Snow Queen.
"The Laws (of Magic) never bothered me anyway."
SaraTheHLessParticipant…as much as I love Swan Queen I wouldn’t mind Emma and Regina remaining single.
If they follow the HCA version of The Snow Queen, the character (theoretically) represents an unobtainable woman so, you may (sort of) get your wish there.

Emma: I didn’t know…I
Regina: Of course, you didn’t.
Maybe it was accidental but, I don’t think so.

SaraTheHLessParticipantThat would be alright. Despite what’s being said, I still doubt it will be too true to Frozen (or, if it is, it will be a very short-lived appearance) because, frankly, so many have seen it a dozen times and will have watched it a dozen times more by September.
One thing I’d like to see from the original Snow Queen would be the mirror (or, it could be ice) shards that can get caught in people’s hearts and eyes from innocent-looking items and twist their personalities. I wouldn’t mind an Elsa who’d been an unsuspecting victim of one of those and perhaps that’s why she can’t control her powers.
I’d also like to know if she’ll be a contender for Zelena’s open seat in the West at the table of Oz Witches.

SaraTheHLessParticipantI like the way you think! I’ve been trying hard not to (lest there be bitter, bitter, disappointment if they go another direction) but, it’s really hard to not think “Wonderland-tie-in” after reading Through the Looking Glass and The Snow Queen. Here’s hopping. 🙂
