As the title says, what potential dynamics/ situations are you most excited about for the next season?
Mine are:
*Rumple, Hook, Regina, and the Charmings on a ship together trying to aim for a common goal
*Henry finally getting to go on an adventure in another land
*Belle essentially being left in charge of Storybrooke
*Emma learning to use magic
I’m excited about more of Captain Hook, most of all. I’m also excited to see what they are doing with the story of Peter Pan. The summer hiatus will be a painful wait, but it sounds like it’ll be worth waiting for!

Yes! MRJ was added to the cast list and the only member to be removed as a regular was Meghan which we really already knew about. Colin is around for S3 and it should be a lot, he has parted ways with his band probably because of how much time OUAT will take.

Some people may disagree, but I think the perfect Ariel would be Miley Cyrus with dyed red hair. She’d look the part, and is an actress.
My wishlist is:
* Don’t completely ignore Storybrooke. I hope they’ll be back in Storybrooke a couple of times in season 3, if even just for a visit
* I’d like much more of Captain Hook. I’d love to consistently look forward to more Hook in next season’s episodes.The finale gave writers all kinds of handles to work from for story building.
* I’d like for something to be done to make Charming and Snow more interesting. Maybe Snow needs to have a baby or something, but there’s monotony that needs to be broken
* Love for Regina. I’m Captain Swan, but I also love the idea of Hook and Regina being paired as a couple. Either way for me, would amount to some great stories to build off of, and I’d love to see it happen. Regina and Hook both need love in their lives again.
* There’s still a lot of work they need to do with Neal. He’s growing on me, but there’s still work to do, to make his character deeper, and more complex. Hook still has him beat by a longshot. Que, writers for a challenging project to chew on.
* In the finale, in partnership with Hook, Rumple wasn’t angry, slinky, or withdrawn. I want to see more of that “take charge” kind of Rumple. I liked seeing that very much.@RumplesGirl wrote:
I think a few things will help:
1) refocusing on the regulars : which A and E have said is what they want to do for S3
2) This is up to ABC but they’ve got to sort out the hiatus situation. Last year, nothing could hurt ONCE. And they assumed the same would be true this year but the story was vastly more complicated and casual viewers stopped tuning in. I want 11 episodes all in a row leading up to the winter break, then a three month break for ONCE:WL and the Olympics then come back in March and give us 11 straight episodes until the finale. I think that will help
3) They need to promote the DVDs like crazy. Netflix will help. People can get caught up.
And, stories need to be appealing to viewers. Give them what they want to see, and they’ll watch the show.

.This episode was fantastic. I loved it. This was the best acting I’ve seen Colin O’Donoghue do since The Crocodile. Glad it did well.

When Hook talked about his father in 222, about his being a fugitive who abandoned him, I couldn’t help but think of this crazy theory: What if Rumple’s father and Hook’s father are the same person? This thought occurred to me too, but more than that, it also occurred he may also be Greg'sfather. If Hook’s revenge objective is seeing it’s end, I hope season 3 sees Hook looking for (or at least learning more about) his father, and seeing his heart and life develop as he learns to live outside an introspective realm of “self”.

I certainly hope so! I’m sure he missed a lot of gigs this year which had something to do with it too but since that’s still the case since filming is over I hope that’s what it means! (I’d like to think that if he said it was a 1 and done season they’d welcome him back with open arms…)

Here, here!!!! I agree! I’d love to see a lot more Hook in season 3. It’s possible, there’s nothing anywhere that said his work on OUAT was a 1 and done season, so there is hope! 😀
