My favorite foreshadowing has gotta be from The Price of Gold:
Sean’s Father: Well, what are they going to do? Raise the child in the backseat of a car?
Emma: Some people only have the backseat of a car.
24 episodes later we find out that Emma and Neal literally only had the backseat of their car.
[adrotate group="5"]schmackyParticipantEmma said she was 18 when she had Henry. However, she also said it was a juvie record when she was in jail so she had to have been under the age of 18 when she was arrested. Therefore, she was 17 when she had sex with Neal. Oregon doesn’t use the phrase statutory rape. The age of consent is 18. But according to Oregon law, having sex with a person under the age of 18 is a misdemeanor if it’s consensual (which it obviously was). They don’t consider it rape. And also take into the account the age difference between the two people.
I think when she was sentenced she was 17 years old. Sometime in the first 9 months of her sentence she turned 18. Emma was in jail 2 months when she found out she pregnant. She probably conceived Henry shortly before she got arrested. So sometime within those 9 months she turned 18.
schmackyParticipantNeal let Emma go so she could find the family she’d always longed for. That’s selfless.
No, that’s cowardice wrapped in selfless wrapping paper. He could have gone with her to find that family she’d always longed for. But, he was too scared to do so.
schmackyParticipanthey said she would face three prospects…someone that wasn’t right for her…the person she was meant to be with…and someone you just choose.
I sort of remember reading about this. Does anyone remember where it’s from? A link by chance?
schmackyParticipantThat whole scene was completely useless, but comedy GOLD
Which made it much needed IMO. The entire episode was drama packed.. it was really nice to have that comedic moment.

Actually she did the opposite of making excuses. She owned up to it. He asked why she lied, she explained why.. said he was a thief, a liar, and a bad guy, that he broke her heart. And then she said how she didn’t tell him because she wanted to forget that time of her life and she thought more of herself than him. And then she literally said the words, “I’m sorry.”
schmackyParticipantEmma’s theme song is also playing while they’re in the lobby looking at the names.
schmackyParticipantWay excited! And totally nervous that Emma is gonna be heartbroken. I don’t like seeing her so sad 🙁
I mean, I do for dramatic sake, but I don’t…
schmackyParticipantI think the grim fate has something to do with Henry. That would be drama. Not death. But, destined to be some big bad evil dude or do something evil or something just… grim.
schmackyParticipantI don’t think anyone is going to die anytime soon. Major characters anyway. They said a grim fate. That doesn’t necessarily mean death. And it certainly doesn’t mean death right now. Fate can be any time in the future. If it even comes true.
