@Toothfairy when a show switches actors out on the same character, I hate that. It turns me off. To me, a character isn’t just a written thing. It’s just not the writers that create this character. It’s also the actor and the very subtle things they do with them. You can get a different actress to play Emma, but to me it wouldn’t be Emma without Morrison’s facial expressions or swagger or subtle reactions to things. A character isn’t just on paper. And I hate it when they switch actors. It’s more than just a person in a costume. A character is a mix of writing and acting.

They didn’t offer it to a show veteran because Jaime Dornan was playing Graham. That would confuse the audience if suddenly he’s a new character that has no ties to the Huntsman or Graham. It wouldn’t make any sense. At all.
So you think people would have noticed the difference?
Do I think people would have noticed it’s the same actor? Uh… yeah.

schmackyParticipantUh, it wouldn’t have made any sense…
schmackyParticipantIt does compute. It’s magic. It just is. They have IDs and social security numbers and credit cards and they work because they work.
The awesome thing about magic is you don’t have to explain it. This isn’t science fiction. It’s pure fantasy.

“Look, I get it… back in the Enchanted Forest, it was your kingdom, your people, your responsibility. But, we’re here now. And you’re a school teacher and you’re the deputy. It’s no longer your responsibility to deal with everything and fix everything. But, if that’s what you want… Storybrooke does need a new mayor and new council members….”

Ugh, her character drives me up the wall. Is it bad that I sort of hope they kill Regina off at the end of the season? Is that just me?
I don’t want Regina to die but I’m definitely over her being all sympathetic. It’s getting annoying. She comes across as this insanely weak individual. She needs constant praise if she does something right and the smallest of efforts to manipulate her back to the “dark side” work. I’m ready for Regina to be all out evil again. She was much more fun last season than this season.

They’re always either with Mary Margaret, Henry, or a suspect. They have yet to have a single scene with just the two of them.
