If that was the case and didn’t care about Regina since Emma is back, why would he go up to her and say she’s really changed and thank her again and hug her and enjoy that hug? He didn’t have to. He wanted to. Because Regina is still his mother and he’s a 10 year old boy and I’m confused so I can just imagine how confused he is about all of this.

Banishing her to a place where she ended up as queen? Perhaps going to Wonderland was the best thing for Cora. She was going to kill Regina until she found out why Regina wanted to kill her. I think she seriously wants to just be a mother for her daughter in that sick twisted way she always has.
Problem is.. Regina wants to change. And not do magic. And Cora will not be cool with that at all. Especially since she got “bested” by Emma. Cora will bring her daughter back to the darkside, no doubt. And the only animosity between them will be the animosity that’s been going on their entire lives… Cora forcing Regina to be something Regina doesn’t want to do..
schmackyParticipantHenry purposely made it so she wouldn’t come along. His “I’ll see you later” was clearly “I’ll see you later mom but right now, I’m gonna be with them.”
And what’s wrong with that? He’s been separated from Emma and Snow for awhile, at some point during their separation he wasn’t even sure if they were alive, and now they’re back and he wants to spend time with them without the added awkwardness of their attempted murderer right there with them.
Regina may have saved Emma and Snow, but she also put them in a position to be saved in the first place. It’s awkward but it’s completely understandable for Emma and Co not inviting her and very much understandable why Henry wouldn’t ask her to come along either.
schmackyParticipantOh so a kind (or kindred) heart means having sympathy and excuses at every turn for Regina but not for others? Do a whole double-standard thing? OK then. Good to know.
schmackyParticipantI’m not understanding why Regina is being put on a pedestal for saving Snow and Emma. Emma saved Regina from a soul-sucking wraith and Regina didn’t thank Emma for that. Emma and Snow and Charming stopped an angry ass mob from beating the crap out of a magic-less Regina but she didn’t thank them for that. They stopped the wraith from getting her not once, but twice… but they didn’t receive any thank you.
But little miss Regina saves Snow and Emma from a vortex block thingy that she semi is responsible for to begin with and she received thank yous for her efforts but that wasn’t enough? Something is wrong here.
Also about the invitation. No one invited anyone to dinner. Red offered food at Granny’s is on the house. Everyone was going. No one invited any one else. They just started leaving the room and Regina simply didn’t follow. If she had, they might have looked at her weird. And in all honesty, I think it was Henry more so than anyone who made sure Regina didn’t go with them. His look at her and “I’ll see you later” made it clear that she wasn’t to come with them. And that should be perfectly fine. Henry just reunited with Emma and Snow, let him have some time with them without the awkwardness of all parties involved.
I didn’t feel bad for her. I wanted to slap her because she started to allow herself to be manipulated again by Gold. The dude knows how to play her heartstrings.

Really? Because I’m pretty sure Emma said “thank you” to her. To me, that seems like gratitude. But, maybe that’s just me.
December 3, 2012 at 8:23 am in reply to: QUEEN OF HEARTS — FAVORITE & LEAST FAVORITE MOMENTS #163449schmackyParticipantCora trying to take Emma’s heart, (sorry, while that is a favorite, it’s also a direct ripoff from Avengers when Loki tried to take Tony’s heart)
You know what wasn’t a rip off though? Her hand getting stuck. LOL I mean seriously people! It was like Cora had her hand stuck in a garbage disposal trying to get something out and had to realize ya gotta let go to get your hand free! That was HI-LARIOUS!
schmackyParticipantNot only is she the product of true love and not only did her mother drink from the lake but her father did too.
November 30, 2012 at 6:08 pm in reply to: Who is woman at Granny’s who keeps turning around to stare a #162994schmackyParticipantI don’t think she was anyone and I don’t think she was overly enthusiastic. A lot of the diner folks looked at Rump/Regina/Belle. They were making a scene. Even before Regina came in… imagine having your lunch when suddenly The Dark Freaken One comes in for a hamburger? I might stare. Either way, the girl behind Belle just got featured more because she was behind Belle…
schmackyParticipantI think they can put it closely like that. Her mother’s fake name is Mary, her father’s real name is Joseph. A lot of other “savior” type of shows/movies go a lot closer with having the savior’s initials be JC.
