Well, if Ward 33 wasn’t creepy enough when she looked like May, it was ten times creepier when she was Skye with May’s voice! 😮 Although, the voice thing came in handy later. It made it easier to keep track of her since she always has May’s voice.

Alt-SHIELD are such hypocrites! Their problem is secrecy in leadership? No one even knows they exist!!! Good grief.
And I obviously disagree with sending Skye away, but at least it means she will be away when Alt-SHIELD makes their surprise attack, which will give her an edge.
Speaking of which, what an amazing talk between Coulson and Skye! And Coulson history! And Lola! Awwww! And their hug goodbye. 😀

-The sea god Poseidon needs Ariel to cross worlds? I don’t find this believable. He must be a very weak god!
I don’t think Poseidon needed Ariel to travel between realms. Ariel simply went to look for him after Hook requested her to. Pretty sure Poseidon can still travel between realms on his own.
-It was Poseidon who said that Ariel brought him to the portal. 34 minutes in:
”a young mermaid found me and brought me to a portal”
Once Ariel tells him of Ursula’s wherabouts, he should have been able to create his own portal from where he was standing when Ariel approached him. Instead, he had to be brought to one, which indicates that he could not create his own portal between where he was and SB.
Ariel couldn’t create a portal without some direction telling her where to go. (Not that that ever mattered before, the name of a realm was enough. 🙄 ) So maybe instead of trying to describe exactly where Poseidon should go, it was easier to just lead him to the portal she had already made?
Shaky rationalization, I know. 😉

I agree that the writers seem to have little interest in continuing that part of the story, and they are currently focused elsewhere. But they dropped a few details, and left the rest up to our imagination. So it’s interesting to theorize about, even if they never go back to fill in the blanks.
And, this theory seems like just the right kind of twist. It takes the original story, and adds an element of real life, complicated, messy relationships. Which they like to do on this show. 🙂

Ohhh wait, it’s more than that!
Maleficent said she put Briar Rose under the sleeping curse:
Until King Stefan the Square Jawed undid all my work with true love’s kiss.
What if … what if Mal suspected that Briar Rose really DID love her, and not King Stefan at all, and that she was only marrying him for his kingdom. And so the sleeping curse was some kind of test, that whoever could wake her up, either Maleficent or Stefan, would prove who Briar Rose truly loved?
And so what she resents most of all, is that Stefan can and did wake her up, proving that Briar Rose really did love him, and not Maleficent after all.
Now, maybe I’m taking this theory a little too far, as I’m not sure this part entirely fits with the quoted line. But it’s an interesting thought, anyway!
