I loved the Regina told Robin to forget her and find a way to love his wife again. That, people, is character development, and that’s also her actually acting from love instead of selfishness.
A selfless act of love? As in, the only thing that can thaw a freezing spell?
Could Regina’s sacrifice become strong enough to be the act of love that thaws Marion?
The names. The timeline clues. THE BOOK. (The same one she’s clutching in Skin Deep.)
I haven’t memorized every clue. 😉 Do we know what book it was? As in, the title?

Maybe while the mirror had a spell cast over Belle, it was exclusively doing that, and so didn’t show anything else. It was locked onto Belle, and linked only to her in that moment.
But later it was not active, and so showed Rumple just fine. Also, Ingrid said something about how “easy” it was for the mirror to “turn” Belle. So it’s not always an instant process.
Maybe it was so easy because Belle was already conflicted, and struggling with guilt that she was trying to make up for. So basically she only needed a small nudge for her own darkness to bubble over at that moment.
Whereas Rumple has had centuries to learn to control and use his darkness. As the Dark One, its like his main thing. And so it’s much harder for an external force to co-opt his darkness.

With Will’s involvement in this current Season, I do have to ponder if Wonderland’s looking glass portals will somehow tie into this mirror subplot with the Snow Queen.
You make a good point. The Snow Queen does have a whole lot of mirrors in her ice cream shop and Will has spent a bit of time in there. Maybe he was originally in there for more than just the obvious money in the register. I can’t remember but was that where they originally found him?
It was Robin and Marian’s tent he was poking around in.
It was definitely Robin and Marian’s tent where they found him, but when questioned he took them straight to the ice cream shop, because he had broken in there first. So that’s a good point, he may have been in there for the mirrors, and the cash was just an excuse. That could have been his first attempt to get back to Wonderland, and when that didn’t work he broke into the library, and then started digging holes. (Whatever that’s for.)

So should I reword the title and intro to apply the the whole season (or whole show), and ask RG to move it to season 4 (or general discussion)? Maybe that would work better than having a new thread for this game every episode.
