I would say from “Oxygen” to “The Lie of the Land”… I have no idea if the two-parter that comes after will be connected as well, but I would definitely like to binge at least these four. Fortunately, I’ve been saving all my DVR’d copies, so after Saturday, I CAN! muahaha
Now, before this season started, I really REALLY wanted to get back to the full time companion, as opposed to the part-time companion. But I must say, with the format of The Doctor being more or less staying on earth, Bill being part time works for me.

It is so much fun watching the first Doctor. He’s so crotchety. I quite enjoy watching previous Doctors and seeing what qualities have changed, what has always stayed the same…
Well, that would make it canon that Snow and Regina are close-ish in age. How many years separate them, do you think? Based on the book?
what about her does that? Is it the questioning or something else?
I’m not 100% sure… Part of it is the way her brain processes things I think. Her saying the TARDIS looked like a kitchen, talking about it being a knock-through, the way she was SO hung up on The Doctor having two hearts and therefore must have high blood pressure…. She sort of rubs me the wrong way. It is also possible that I got annoyed by her “I don’t like my face” speech. I have been trying to pinpoint what about her bothers me. It’s not really anything overt.
Maybe it’s just residual disappointment that she’s not from the ’80s. Ha.
Firstly, I love Doctor Who and there are very few episodes that I cannot stand. I have been enjoying this season so far. That said…. Does anyone else feel a real sense of plot rehashing? First episode felt Waters of Mars-y, second episode felt End of the World-ish, this felt Beast Below-ish with a splice of Kill the Moon and just a hint of Empty Child…
Loved the speech about the value of life. Loved the exchange about the Doctor killing people and watching people die and moving on. And I got a real kick out of the Pete joke.
I can’t decide how I feel about Bill. On the one hand she makes me absolutely crazy. On the other hand, I feel like the questions she asks are the kinds of things I would ask. “What if I step on a butterfly?” “What happened on Earth?” Maybe that’s why she annoys me, we’re too similar. LOL
One thing I really enjoyed about this episode was the time they spent just doing fun Fair things. Eating whatever offal thing the Doctor was eating, playing games, etc. The little details get me going.
Like why would anyone obey Regina still outside of fear. But idk. Guess shes still acknowledged as the mayor for the same reason Granny still works in a diner.
At one point, whoever cast the Dark Curse was mayor. So Regina was, then Snow was.. By that logic, shouldn’t the mayor be Hook?
And now I REALLY want to see Mayor Hook.
