At worst, I think Robin did something which led to somebody’s death rather than Robin directly causing their death.
You don’t think Robin could have killed anyone? He almost killed Regina the first time they met in Storybrooke when he thought she was the Wicked Witch. I totally think he has killed before. Might have been self defense, but he’s not afraid of violence. Even now.
Idk. I just don’t see Robin Hood as this super gallant guy. He has a code, but ultimately is a person who breaks the law for a living. What would that same person be willing to do without that code? I think thats the ‘dark past’.
[adrotate group="5"]Sean mentioned Heart of Gold was suppose to be the origin story of Robin Hood. We got that, but I was disappointed he was already sort of on the up and up at the beginning of this origin story. That does give them room to play with Robin’s story before Marian.
If Belle takes out her heart, and say she actually prefers the feeling of not being able to feel her hurt over the heartbreak Rump caused her to feel,she may not want it to be put back in.
Is Belle all that heartbroken? She already has a new boo. And Rumple screwed her over (again)
Question: Where does Zelarian and Robin stand on the consent issue? Robin isn’t being “forced” to make out with Zelarian but he thinks he’s making out with Marian and wouldn’t have made out with Zelena if he’d known it was actually her?

The heart protection was only to stop Pan and Zelena from killing Henry and Regina respectively. If Hook’s heart was protected, 4A couldn’t have happened. If Belle’s heart was protected, Regina couldn’t use her as leverage against Rumple.
I have to disagree that this is a plot device. This makes sense to the characters. Regina care about Henry. Period. She’s growing into her feelings for the other characters, but would she really go around protecting everyone’s heart? No.
As far as Hook, who cares about Hook besides Emma? None of the magic users are his biggest fan. Who would protect his heart?
We don’t know if this Belle thing is true, but it would be interesting if Rumple didn’t protect her heart.
And Emma’s heart is protected.
Watch as that little trick is never brought up or referenced again. It was just a plot device to give reason for the Panry body switch instead of having Pan just take Henry’s heart.
Regina mentions in 3B that no one can control her through her heart because its protected.
She responds, “Roland!” Zelena never once met Roland during her arc, so how would she know his name?
Zelena was in the Enchanted Forest for a year fighting Team Hero. She would know who Robin and Roland are. Also, she went back in time with her knowledge of everything that happened in 3B.
Beyond the sense of estrangement, I feel like there would be a feeling that something’s off on a profound, existential level. You might not think they’ve been replaced by a killer alien robot, but you certainly would wonder where the personality makeover is coming from.
I agree, but he explicitly said “I feel like this is another person.” The only thing we are missing is his POV on why he feels this way.
I think you have to have the Quill and be the Author. It’s not an either/or situation. So Author but no Quill…nothing will happen. Quill but not Author…nothing will happen

In defense of Robin and Roland not knowing the difference. If I recall correctly there have been at least 5 years (not counting the 28 cursed years) since the time of Marian’s Zelena death and when “Marian” came back to Storybrooke. Roland was like 2-3 years old when Marian died? He wouldn’t know her personality from paint.
Robin obviously does recognize something is wrong but really who thinks, hey my wife who I haven’t interacted with for 5 years is acting kinda strange, maybe she’s NOT my wife but my True Loves demented sister back from the dead and posing as my wife in the Land Without Magic?
