ParticipantI’ll stop there. Maybe it will spur some more thoughts in others who are reading… maybe not. Thanks 😀

ParticipantAlso, I just thought, keeper of the SB swans in the harbor there. Funny, today I can think of lots of little things that haven’t been called.
Oh, another one, Cora’s box of ingredients for potions and Dr. Whale’s laboratory in a Land without color.

ParticipantI would like to be keeper of Rumple’s phrase, ” …it was a brief flicker of light amidst an ocean of darkness…”
and MS/BF’s wand used to restore Pinnochio. Also keeper of the wraith medallion in FTL. I think Mulan wrapped it up and put it away for safekeeping. Hopefully, she and Aurora will use it to find Philip. Also, I was thinking I could be keeper of “the sleeping curse room of fire” for Snow, Charming, Henry and Aurora. Can I do that?Snickerdoodle
ParticipantPersonally for me, although I have not missed an episode this season, (and frankly would not, as long as I can help it,) it has not been the same as first season. I’m not saying that’s bad, it’s just a different tension. Questions raised have been answered faster, and so there are not as many puzzle pieces as there were in the first season.
We kind of found the framework for the puzzle, if you will, when Emma broke the curse with true love’s kiss. So now we have been finding the pieces that have common colors or design and have started filling in the puzzle. We have a little bit better idea of how the pieces are fitting and so it’s a different feel than last season when we didn’t even have a framework for the show.
One big piece for me this season was finding out Emma has her own magic made of true love, and that Cora could not take her heart because of it. I wonder exactly how this is going to pan out for her. In the end, I believe she will truly be the savior in a way Rumple did not plan, and so I am interested to see where her path leads and it keeps me watching.
But I have had to learn to be interested in a different way this season than last. Still a great, mostly clean, family show. Enjoy when they throw things in I am not expecting, like Cora removing her own heart, and Cora’s response when Regina put in back in. I am a huge spoiler fan, so I also know a lot going into each show, and wait for the surprises. What did they keep me from finding out? What they keep from me are always the best parts most times. But sometimes, I am not as excited as they seem to express I would or should be. But overall still the show I don’t want to miss each week, along with this podcast, and the one I most enjoy watching with the whole family.

ParticipantI will say also that I enjoy the Updates at The Storybrooke Mirror tumbler website. She has good stuff.

ParticipantI have been quieter this year overall. It is hard to be super-excited after all the breaks. I am eager for the weekend, but three (technically four) more episodes and we are on hiatus AGAIN! This time for the summer. Too many breaks. They either need to make more episodes or time it differently. I don’t remember it being like this last year. I understand that is why they are taping Once Wonderland though, to fill in some of the hiatus time with some “Once” time in another land. Hope that works.
“When the cats away the mice do play” and people drift away from their favorite show to fill time, and sometimes they find other things to watch that capture their attention and don’t take so much time off between episodes. I haven’t done that, but I would say by the ratings drop some have. Although, I will say, overall the ratings seem to be down on all the network channels, which either means people aren’t watching or cable shows like Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, etc… have taken viewers away. I don’t know what is opposite “Once” on cable.

ParticipantI love your theory, and I have been a Bae is Peter Pan from the get go, but now that he is Henry’s father and Gold’s son and Emma’s love interest, his being Peter Pan as well would almost be too much. I could easily convert to this theory and enjoy the twist 🙂

ParticipantThe curse had to have affected Neverland, because Hook was brought back to FTL and Smee was brought to SB. Perhaps Neal was visting our world as Peter Pan often did and ended up here because the curse hit Neverland while he was away.
Of course, then that begs the question where are they headed in the finale according to the titles? Creating a Neverland world seems like it would be awfully costly for a show like this, but they created a minimal Wonderland. Should be an interesting twist.

ParticipantOK, if I can’t have the Jolly Roger I will take hook’s spyglass/telescope… 😉
