ParticipantColin and Lana would probably get on board with HookedQueen happening in S7 if the writers chose it. Colin and Lana were joking around about it. Maybe they want to have a compelling story line for their characters going forward. Imagine how confused they might have been behind closed doors — at least I would have been. Lana must’ve at least questioned why Robin Hood was ever in the picture for Regina if he was so easily cast aside in such a dumb way. Colin might be less confused about why Hook and Emma won’t continue (it’s clearly because Jennifer Morrison left the show), but he might be questioning what his character’s purpose is going forward. Hook on his own is not a lead character, and he was at most only ever a love interest, not a central character, not even during the Neverland arc when he should have been. Trying to make Hook central now might not go so well, and making him Regina’s new love interest would make some sense from a narrative and character perspective.

ParticipantI’m not excited by this news. Zelena is one of my least favorite characters. She killed one of my favorite character and got away with murder, as have all the villains.

ParticipantI think they would deserve each other, but i don’t think Regina would put up with Hook. I just couldn’t imagine present day Regina putting up with Hook’s innuendo and just general crassness. They both are murderers, but Regina has, in the past, been more into the farm boy types then anything.
You know I’m not an apologist for Hook, but I don’t think Hook in season six really used innuendo or crassness (but maybe I’ve forgotten). His character did change some for the better, and there was even a bit of a redemption arc in season six after his resurrection in season five. (Though it was marred by Hook trying to cover up the shears of destiny and the fact that he’d killed Emma’s grandfather). Maybe if Hook continued on post-Emma by doing unselfish things to help Henry, then it could be a good thing for his character. I don’t think Hook would just have a fling with Regina, but given enough time, he might show Regina that he’s not just a crass pirate anymore but a guy who’s trying to do right by his step-son and step-grandchild for the sake of it. That could be what turns them towards each other.

ParticipantI’m guessing Henry’s curse breaks very early on in the season so that he can spend the rest of the arc trying to break Regina, Rumple and Hook’s curses.
I agree. I think Henry will quickly wake up in 7×2, and then he’ll help wake up Regina in 7×6, appropriately titled Wake Up Call. I wonder how Lucy will get him to believe again. Will she simply kiss him on the cheek or forehead and break his memory curse? It might be odd because she knows he is her father, but he doesn’t believe she is his kid yet.

ParticipantI don’t think it’s Tiana because if it was, it’d be a lot easier to pair her up with her best friend from the movie Lottie, and there’s no word on casting call for her yet. Another note being there’s still Naveen, who like Lottie has no casting call, but I don’t think Disney would let A&E break up that “official” pairing.
Well, Mulan was a lesbian and in love with Aurora in OUAT despite being heterosexual and in love with Shang in the Disney cartoon.

ParticipantDon’t you think the new Alice sorta looks like Emilie de Ravin?

Participantt’s probably Cindy-centric like everyone is saying.
Yeah, I certainly think so, especially given the blue dress Cinderella is wearing in the S7 poster. Cinderella is being heavily promoted as the new “tough” heroine princess the way Snow was.

ParticipantI saw someone theorizing online that Alice is Belle and Rumple’s daughter and Rumple doesn’t remember her.
O_O That would certainly explain why Eddy was drawing a comparison between Rumple and Alice. I kept wondering what on Earth those two could have in common other than a similar penchant for being sneaky. The actress who plays Alice certainly looks like Emilie de Ravin, and Alice being their daugther would give Rumple a strong storyline as a father, and we know that is where Rumple tends to shine the most. As far the age of Alice goes, maybe she got sucked down a rabbit hole and grew up in an WL 2.0 where time ran differently.

ParticipantTime being different in EF 2.0 would make a lot of sense and would indeed explain why Hook and Regina haven’t aged. Rumple is ageless because of his dark one curse whereas Regina and Hook are mortal and therefore prone to age. I really dislike the idea of them being frozen in time for 20 years, and I’d prefer it if only Henry aged while no one else did (similar to Gideon in S6b).
