ParticipantI realize this is probably a BTS photo, but I always loved August and Emma’s friendship in S1. It’s good to see Eion back!

Participant^ Does anyone know if and when Game of Silence will air? Has the pilot officially been picked up yet by NBC? And if not, will it still air?

ParticipantSo either this is just Lana or her preparing for a scene…if the latter…can we assume that Braided Hair Regina definitely means Good Regina.
I don’t think we can assume that. Regina had braided hair in “The Doctor” and in “Enter the Dragon” and by that time, she was already being swayed towards the darkness. She was on the verge in 2×5, and then completely set on revenge by 4×14.
I said this in another thread but what if Lily becomes the New Dark One? Then it will literally be the light magic on True Love (Emma) vs Lily’s dark magic of…darkness…
I love this theory. Emma the savior vs Lily the anti-savior. It works for me, because I would openly weep if Emma becomes Black Swan, which would be the worst sort of character assassination in my estimation.

ParticipantAs @TheWatcher proposed in another thread, maybe Lily could become the next dark one instead of Emma. Maybe, just as Emma is about to stab a dagger into Rumple’s heart, she has second thoughts because of how it would impact Henry, so she hesitates. Then, in swoops Lily to beat Emma to the punch, plunging the dagger into Rumple’s heart, thereby making Lily the next dark one, and therefore the Big Bad of S5 (assuming there is another season).

ParticipantI much prefer your idea of Lily becoming the next Dark One! Lily being Emma’s evil twin works better for me, because Emma used to be one of my fave characters, and part of me still cannot even stomach the idea of her turning into the Black Swan.

ParticipantAlso, Ursula revealed to Hook that Rumple’s plan is to make Emma’s heart dark, forever. How on Earth could he assure Emma’s heart would become darkened forever unless she becomes the next dark one? But I seriously hate this idea of Black Swan. If they go this route, I’m soooo done.

ParticipantYeah didn’t mean to steal ur idea. Guess great minds think alike. The show and the posts I was trolling just brought the movie ‘the brothers grimm’ to mind and the Grimm brothers are credited with a lot of fairytales
No worries…it’s more a community of ideas than anything. Thanks for bringing it up in a separate thread so as to be able to discuss it.

ParticipantThe show has lost it’s heart, not just in terms of Neal but also with Henry and the family dynamic. What is Henry now other than a walking talking plot device?
This for me is the saddest thing. Forget ships for a moment. What about the family unit? Rumple’s happy ending is basically shot to hell now. Henry’s never going to get to know his father. What the kind of crap “happy ending” is that supposed to be? Neal was trying to break the cycle of abandonment with Henry, who is now lacking a father figure (with the exception of Charming). Now Henry is stuck with Robin, who just set the example for Roland and Henry that adultery is a-okay so long as you just “follow your heart.” Henry is stuck with Hook, whom Henry declared he never liked and isn’t okay with dating his mom. Henry is a good judge of character. He remembers Hook teaching him to cheat at gambling and saying it’s not how you play, but making sure you win. What the crap kind of father figure is Hook for Henry???? *heads desk*
I just got SF feels from watching a youtube video about a baby bird being reunited with both its parents:
I have named the baby bird Henry. His parents are Neal and Emma.

Participantwe know the author was trapped by the sorcerer in the book behind the doors. So I thought kinda sounds like siblings having a dispute. What if the author and the sorcerer are brothers?
Yeah, I actually proposed that idea yesterday in a different thread. I think it’s a very real possibility. Sibling rivalry is a well-known story device that goes back to the Old Testament: Cain and Abel, Ishmael and Isaac, Jacob and Esau, Rachel and Leah, Joseph and his many brothers. All of these siblings were vying for the birthright and blessings that come from being chosen or favored by someone. I remember a lot of people were hoping that Peter Pan would be Rumple’s brother, rather than his father. Zelena tuned out to be Regina’s long-lost half-sister who was consumed by jealousy. Now there is speculation that Lilly is actually Emma’s sister, who was carried to term by Maleficent but conceived using the true love potion made from Snow and Charming’s hairs.
