ParticipantI like the new poster for reasons that @watcher and @RG wrote. Plus, I love Cinderella’s blue dress.

ParticipantI believe Hook and Regina understand each other in a way that none of the other characters could, precisely because they’re both villains who have been bent on revenge for so long. Maybe they’ll just be “frenemies” and nothing more, but there’s no denying they share a certain connection. Just look at this conversation between Hook and Regina in 3×1 The Heart of The Truest Believer:
Regina: Greg Mendel said something funny to me. He said I’m a villain, and that villains don’t get happy endings. You believe that? Hook: I hope not — or we’ve wasted our lives.
It’s interesting to look back four years later and see what was written about HookedQueen back in the day, especially given recent events and Lana and Colin staying on in S7. At OUAT Chicago (June 2017), Colin and Lana both discussed stories that they would like to see in S7. Colin said that it would be fun to explore more of the history of Hook and the Evil Queen. I found it especially interesting that Colin said both he and Lana had been told Hook and EQ had shared something between them. At the end, Lana Parilla even joked that she’d like to see who Regina “hooks up with” in season 7! You can watch the video below. I could almost see them being end game.

ParticipantTiana (Mekia Cox)
The Princess and the Frog heroine will take center stage in episode 5 when viewers get to see her origin story, but it doesn’t necessarily follow the film. “We’re not redoing the movie,” Horowitz says. “We’re taking it as a jumping off point. We want to honor the character and make sure we’re true to it, but we have a Once Upon a Time spin.” In Seattle, Tiana’s counterpart Sabine will play a vital role. “Her relationship with Cinderella is like Snow and Red’s,” Kitsis says. “They’re roommates, they’re good friends.”I wonder if Tiana will be a gay, or maybe bi, character in S7. Eddy Kitsis compared Tiana to Ruby, who turned out to be bisexual.

ParticipantI was going to post this in a different thread, but I’ll post it here instead.
Assuming Emma is dead, I’ve always thought that given enough time, a reformed Regina and Hook would make a good pair. They’re both parental figures to Henry, but beyond that they’re on the same page. Hook and Regina are recovering villains who both lost love, sought revenge, found love again, but lost it again. Maybe third time will be a charm. Regina said it herslf: she and Hook are a lot alike. They’re on the same wave length, and they don’t have to hide their dark pasts from one another. Emma helped make Hook a better man, but he always felt he had to hide his dark past from her to be worthy of her. With Regina, he wouldn’t have to do that. He could just be himself around her because she is in the same boat. Both killed their own fathers. They’ve both done unspeakable things, and at least Hook hasn’t killed a member of Regina’s family (that we know about). They could show their true colors around each other and not hide their dark secrets from one another (something Hook did from Emma when she caught him trying to destory his memory of murdering her grandpa). Plus, this interview with Lana and Colin happened this year at one of the cons.

ParticipantBesides…if Emma were to die…I’m positive it’d be on screen. They would at least give her that, but then again…this is Adam and Eddy. And quite frankly…I’m still half and half with Regina getting a new LI, and even if Emma died….Hook doesn’t quite need a new LI either. Can we just go back to S1 style where there basically were no ships, and the show focused only on the personal growth and development of the characters, and not their romantic relationships.
As the spoiler pics of S7 show, I think Emma is petrified in the bug under the troll bridge, unreachable, and probably dead. I think that we may not see this happen, but that it will be clear from the bug turned to stone what happened to her. I agree that Hook doesn’t need a love interest right now. He’d be better off single and learning how to be a better man just for the sake of it rather than to win a woman’s approval (something he’s always struggled with deep down). Let him be a better man and a good step-dad to Henry and maybe in S7b after a true redemption arc he can find love again with someone else (maybe a very single and lonely barmaid….).

ParticipantHold on… that article says 2017 Seattle. What.
Maybe the reporter misunderstood.

ParticipantI still don’t think there have been any confirmations of a would-be child, still just rumors and speculation. Remember when people thought Lucy would be Hook’s child and she turned out to be Henry’s kid? Have there been any reports of a teenager on set?

ParticipantI think Eddie said something about a kid being the next step, but if there is a kid I think it will be older. Like a teenager.
No, Eddy didn’t say a CS kid would be the next step. What Edward Kitsis actually said was:
While the producers played coy about whether Emma and and Hook have since given Henry a sibling, we will get an answer soon. “We can’t say whether or not they have a child, but we can tell you we answer that question in the beginning of the season,” Kitsis says. Source: EW
Just because the question will be answered, it doesn’t mean they actually had a kid. The answer could still be no. Of course, Eddy can’t say because he wants to bait fans and keep them watching even though Jennifer Morrison very publicaly left the show. Eddy is just desperate for people to watch so he can continue making his show.

ParticipantEmma is sent home cause he’s pregnant or has a baby and hook and Emma doesn’t want their child to grow up without its parents. So what happens is at the end of 7×02 we get a FF to post curse hook reuniting with Emma and their child and then the rest of the season for hook is about getting to that moment.
There isn’t evidence that she had another baby since it’s still an unconfirmed CS fan theory. Even if there is another child, better to have Hook raise the child and for Emma to help Henry and Lucy because she actually is the savior and the one who has powerful protective magic. Just because she is a mother, it doesn’t mean she has to stop being the savior. What kind of savior would Emma be if she knowingly abaondoned her firstborn son and grandchild to face a great evil when they need her the most? The real savior Emma Swan would never do that! Better to have her go out dying to protect Henry and Lucy than to abaondon them in their hour of dire need.

ParticipantI think they should have killed Emma last season. Since they didn’t, it seems harsh that they might do it now when she is not surrounded by her family. Whatever they do at this point is either going to make no sense or will just be upsetting and disappointing.
Yes, the time to kill Emma was last season when she sacrified herself for her family; now it just looks like an odd writing and character choice. She may not be dead since she might have simply been turned to stone. Whatever the excuse for JMo’s exit, what has Emma even been doing this whole time? Did she just decide to retire from being the savior? I’m not convinced Emma does have another child (since there isn’t any evidence for it, just CS fan theory and wishful thinking), but suppose she does. Heaven forbid that she continues to search for her first child (even if he is Neal’s son and not the precious pirate’s). Even though Henry is grown, he still is Emma’s (and Regina’s son), and a mother never forgets her child. Please, don’t let it be that Emma retired from being the savior because she had another replacement baby with Hook the way Snow White and Charming did in season three. *heads desk*
