ParticipantRemember when Emma tried to kill Belle in 5A?
Do you mean when Emma used Merida and the bear to get Rumple to be brave? I’d all but forgotten about that episode. To be fair, she was the dark one then, though it doesn’t totally excuse it. Emma blackmailing Rumple to get to hell to save Hook while leaving Belle clueless bothered me a lot more since Emma was no longer the dark one. Emma telling Belle and Rumple that she’d straight up kill their son isn’t heoric. I know she’s the sheriff and it’s her job to keep the town safe, but Gideon just tried to make peace with her. I’d understand it if Gideon were trying to kill her again, but flat out saying she’d kill him is a cold threat.

ParticipantBut what the Black Fairy didn’t foresee was that creating such a powerful magic came with a price–she’d have to sacrifice the thing she loves most. But in her case she doesn’t love anything (if they want to go the pure evil route) so was unable to cast the curse? That sounds workable, if we don’t ask why she didn’t just find someone to cast it for her like Rumple did with Regina.
To quote Rumple: “Your questions are pointless.”

ParticipantFan: *Asks about Baelfire*
MRJ: “That’d be a Twitter question for Adam and Eddy I think.”
You can tell MRJ is so over this show. I don’t blame him, but I do miss him on my screen.

ParticipantFirst, it was Emma’s savior power going haywire and now it’s Henry’s author power? Okay, sounds a bit repetitive though.

ParticipantIs there any way that Regina or the Evil Queen could have had a daughter? After all, the actress is Latina. I know Regina basically made it so that she could never have biological children by taking a magical potion, but could she have potentially found a way to reverse that? If so, could the girl potentially be the daughter of the Evil Queen and Robin of Loxley from the wish world? It could potentially happen if there were a time jump forward 10 years (especially if Henry is grown up now, as many of us have predicted). What if Henry unknowingly adopted the daughter of the Evil Queen? It just makes more sense than the girl being the daughter of Tiger Lily (who is Native American) or Emma. (Unless she’s adopted, of course).

ParticipantRe: the beanstalk. Maybe the worlds are merging?
That’s a good theory since I think Snowing will go back to the EF at the end of the season. But then why does it looked chopped down?

ParticipantDan was really good as the Beast, though a part of me wishes they had let him sing his songs in his human voice rather than the Beast’s. But that Beast voice was perfect, so he was still great all around!
I actually liked the Beast base voice. I found it deep and soulful. But like you, another fan wondered what Dan Stevens would sound singing like without the Beast filter. You can listen to the result here. It’s still lovely. He’s a very good singer in his natural voice.

ParticipantWho said Hook and Tiger Lily meet in Neverland, in the original story yes, but this is ouat, they will probably say they meet elsewhere and she was never NVl connected, i mean they will say she knew Black Fairy and even knew Rumple since he was baby, and from Hook past, he was more time outside NVL than in NVL itself.
Maybe Tiger Lily is an actual Native American. As in from the real world. Wendy was from our world. Maybe Hook travelled here before.
But when? How? The girl is only ten. Hook was stuck in the Enchanted Forest with Cora for 28 years until Emma broke the curse in season one. He couldn’t go anywhere else, and even if Tiger Lily had been there too, again time was frozen during the dark curse.
About the only way I could see this working is if Hook met Tiger Lily before the curse in a land where time acted normally (not NL) and then Tiger Lily went with her daughter and Hook to Neverland where they didn’t age. But then where were they in season three when Hook, Emma, Snow, Charming and everyone else went to NL to save Henry from Peter Pan? I know, pointless questions.
Yes, that’s the bigger of the two issues. But *looks at Lily* it’s not like they’ve never seriously messed with race before.
But even then, there are still big problems about race. (I know, Lily, *twitch*)
Part of me is still hoping that those rumors are just those – rumors.

ParticipantAbout Hook and Emma’s wedding, the circumstances surrounding their engagement seem so bad, like the writers really don’t want us to be rooting for them to go through with it. Something just seems really off about the whole engagement, especially with how things have gone lately. It’s being framed in a negative way. It reminds me of when Belle and Rumple got engaged. Rumple lied to Belle about the dagger, just as Hook is now lying by omission to Emma about murdering her grandfather. I know Rumple and Belle got married, but it’s been far from HEA for them. It just seems like the writers may be giving the CS fans what they want without really wanting them to be happy. Both couples have deep problems about lying. At least now Rumple is being honest with Belle, but they’re still along way off from being happy or really suitable for each other. Thoughts?

Participant*note* I am only posting this because it’s a rumor moving around the fandom, not because it’s definitively true. It’s a head scratcher if it is because of many reasons (like race) but I figured just in case it does turn out to be true, we can say we heard of it/posted it.
Hook may have a love child? Well, so does Emma. Henry was born of her love with Baelfire.
But that girl is only ten. Hook left Neverland more than ten years ago. It wouldn’t work with the established timeline. Also, she is Latina, and Tiger Lily is supposed to be Native American.
I’m still more inclined to believe the child will be one that Henry adopts in the future.
