ParticipantI’m going to wait and see as well, since a lot could change, but yeah, it’s not looking good for Neal right now. I’m finding it difficult to stomach the notion that the writers would just supplant Neal with Hook. The notion that Neal would just give up the ghost after he lived a hard and lonely life without family and giving over Neal’s family to Hook of all people is heart-wrenching. Hook, the man who ran off with little Baelfire’s mother and handed him over to Peter Pan, getting to take the place of Neal just makes me sad. If Neal is the one to go, I honestly would deal much better with the idea that Emma ends up with someone else other than Hook, someone who preferably isn’t a home wrecker who helped ruin Neal’s life. Emma ending up with Hook just wouldn’t make me happy or give me hope anymore. If watching a show about fairytales doesn’t inspire me anymore, it isn’t really worthwhile anymore.

ParticipantSo we have Ariel, Blackbeard and a pirate ship. I’m thinking we’re going to get OUAT’s take on “On Stranger Tides” the fourth film installment of Pirates of the Caribbean.

That’s the look of trust and teamwork that is.

ParticipantCharles Mesure might’ve been cast as the cut-throat pirate Blackbeard. Could he be Papa Jones, too?
Blue eyes seem to run in the Jones family.

ParticipantWhile I’m still unconvinced that Hook and Ariel ever had a romance, they might develop a close, platonic friendship. Maybe Ariel inspires Hook to be a better friend to Neal the way that Ariel was a good friend to Snow. In 3×6, Ariel gave up the chance to be with Eric in order to save Snow White from Regina; perhaps Ariel will be a positive influence on Hook to put his friendship with Neal first instead of vying for the same woman.

Participantthen again wouldn’t leopold recognize Cora when Regina saves Snow?
Yes, I think so which is why I’m pretty certain Leo and Cora never had an affair. That’d be too weird.

ParticipantPossible that Colin and JoAnna are filming today. (not confirmed yet)
Interesting. I keep wondering what the connection between Ariel and Hook is going to be. I wonder if they knew each other a long time ago or if they’ve only just met in the present-day. If it weren’t for Eric, I’d wonder if Hookriel were going to happen after all.
