On the one hand, I think the new curse could last for a good part of S3, but on the other, I hope that RG is right in saying any new curse would only last two episodes or so. That way, the new SF kiss would happen in time for the anniversary of “Manhattan.” It would also solve the issue Phee raised about SF falling in love while retaining their memories. Once they realize the emotions are still there, and then their memories are restored, then they might have the courage to face the truth of their past history together and to “do the hard thing” by giving their relationship another go.

It can´t be SB in the past, becuase Emilie was filming with them at the town hall, and belle wasnt present in any city activities before the was broke and after because she was always with rumple and emma and mm were in EF and after she lost the memory and everything we know after. Regarding, Blue can be maybe a flashback.
Good point! So, even though 3×12 looks everybody including Belle and Neal were back in present-day SB in 3×12, it looks like everyone is back in present-day SB by 3×13. Also, it would seem Emma is back in town after her trip to NYC. So unless 3×12 really just is a one-time AU type episode, then perhaps this new curse will create a permanent portal between SB and EF, which would allow everyone to journey back and forth between worlds with ease. That would explain how Belle, Regina and Granny could be seen in EF in one episode and back in SB by the next episode.
Given that Belle is there, 313 has to be present day SB and not past. Unless it’s still an AU but I sorta doubt that.
Yeah, I’m almost certain that they’re back to filming present-day SB by 3×13, which makes me even more curious about the truth of 3×12.
I wonder if they are gathered together to try and figure out how to deal with the WWW.

Belle and Archie had some scenes together recently. Granny can be seen in the background. I’m guessing this is BTS for 3×13 “Witch Hunt” which seems to take place in SB. The set looks to be like inside the town hall, where the citizens of SB gathered in S1 to elect Emma the new town sheriff.

I wonder if Tinkerbell taking over as head of the fairies means she’ll relax the rules. For example, perhaps Tink would allow the fairies to date, which would allow Nova and Grumpy finally to get a happy ending together!

So, I have a theory about this new curse. I think this curse will be cast, that Emma will get an alter ego, and that Emma will be paired with Hook, who ultimately isn’t right for her. Part of how this new curse will be broken is for Emma and Neal to find each other again. Even if they’re cursed, they’ll discover they’re still in love, similar to how Mary Margaret and David found each other, despite being cursed. While Rumple said even Emma would be powerless to break this new curse, since her parents true love wasn’t written into this time, it could be that Emma is even more powerful than Rumple foresees. Emma embodies true love, and as such, when she allows herself to love someone for real, she can achieve great things (e.g. how Emma’s true love kiss awoke Henry and broke in the curse in S1 or how Emma’s true love magic meant her heart couldn’t be taken and protected her mother, Snow, from Cora). So, perhaps Emma falling in love with Neal again (a la “50 First Dates”) could be enough to break this new curse!

Based on spoiler images for 3×12, we know now that everyone except for Emma, Henry and Rumple have been spotted in the Enchanted Forest. So, it would appear as if “Going Home” refers to almost everybody returning home to the EF. This could be an alternative universe but perhaps this new curse creates a portal between SB and EF so that people can easily traverse worlds now. Also, based on spoiler images for 3×13, we know now that the Wicked Witch of the West comes to SB. So, it looks like “there’s no place like home” could figure into the plot with the introduction of Oz in the second part of S3.

I must be in the minority then, since I think the new curse will be enacted by the end of 3×11.

Neal and Henry are the only ones Emma has ever said she loves. She hasn’t even said that to her parents. Think about what that means. Emma, who embodies true love, really loves her son and Neal. There is no competing with true love.

I think cursed persona and alternative universe could be where 3×12 is headed. Also, keep in mind what Adam tweeted that 3×12 is not what we think. Well, what does it look like? From the spoiler images, on the one hand it looks like Emma and Hook are acting like a couple. Yet, nothing is quite as it ought to be, since Neal ought to be the one in NYC, since that is where his apartment is. Also, we saw spoiler images of Neal, Belle, Hook and the gang in EF with Aurora and Philip. So nothing is quite as it seems, and it’d be good to bear in mind that Adam said we’ll NEVER guess what is really going on. So, keep the faith, and don’t forget to enjoy the good moments, as Charming encouraged Emma to do. And we all know that having lunch with Neal constitutes a good moment for Emma in the minds of her parents, Snow and Charming, who have had to look for the good admist all the bad moments life has thrown them.

Yes, but if it must happen, when better than right as a new curse is unleashed –especially if that new curse gives Emma an alter-ego who is not in her right mind?
