I think Neal and Hook were just out of shot. Also, I think that Emma will keep her promise to the Lost Boys. The BTS spoilers pics for 3×10 show a lost boy or two in SB.
Also, about Rumple and Regina, I think he may want Regina eventually to restore happy endings again by transporting everyone back to the EF.

Hook and Neal, meanwhile — sharing as they do a quite complicated past of their own – will arrive at some sort of agreement in the Dec. 8 episode. Says Kitsis, “You’ll see how they’re going to deal with each other and with Emma in, I think, a surprising way.”
I’m hopeful that Hook will respect his son-figure, Neal, enough to back down. I’m guessing both Neal and Hook will agree to give Emma the space she needs to work through what she wants for herself.
But what you may find surprising is who almost adopted wee Henry instead.
I’m betting that Mr. Gold almost unwittingly adopted his own grandson! I can’t wait to see Mr. Gold and Regina holding baby Henry!

Who’s that behind Ginny?
Who is that behind Ginny? See that is why I thought this might be part of 3.14 that new girl?
What if that person is Mulan, who recently joined Robin Hood’s band of merry men? She might be wearing a hood since that is what RH does himself.

This title immediately brought to mind the cheesy 2012 film “Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters”. Yet, then the second thought which crossed my mind is Wicked Witch of the West from Oz. ETA: Also, this episode is written by Jane Espenson, who wrote Regina’s backstory in 3×3 and as we know, Regina was the Evil Queen. So, it’s probably Regina-centric with the introduction of RH.

wonder why he got arrested. We know from other pics that we see him and Emma talking in the park. You don’t think she had him arrested do you? Know we now why we saw pics of Hook walking out of the PD. I guess we can take it as a good sign that Emma was waiting outside for him like she bailed him out and that maybe she had nothing to do with him being arrested.
Maybe he gets arrested because he was wearing a hook, which would be considered a weapon by most policemen/women.

since we know he’s an important part of emmas life. I’m thinking someone from the past or grown up Henry. I’m afraid its a love interest though. VCF tweeted want a jmo/chris hug said we already saw and he said its different i asked did it look romantic in any way and he said can’t confirm or deny. Also someone else on twitter said that jmos and chris characters shared more than a hug. i sure hop it as just the forehead kiss being referred too.
I wouldn’t worry about it. It looked like a brotherly kiss to me based on the BTS photos. The way mystery man kissed Emma’s forehead was a bit similar to how Charming kisses Emma’s forehead; it’s familial without being romantic. I actually wouldn’t mind adding a new stranger into the mix. It gives us all a mystery to ponder, kind of like when August W. Booth first rolled into town on his motorbike in S1 and we spent most of the season guessing his identity.
