Regina didn’t have any magic before the curse was broken because there was no magic. It was only after the curse broke and Mr. Gold brought magic to SB that Regina could use magic again.

In all fairness, having more people escape the Curse to our land is more or less a given because of Henry. Of the three that are accounted for, Emma was the one to give him up for adoption, Neal had no idea he was a father until recently and August was already in Phuket when Henry was born; since neither Rumple nor Regina could’ve left town to retrieve the baby, it only makes sense that at least one more person escaped it and he/she was the one to deliver him to Regina. My only worry is that they’ll do this so often it’ll become the norm rather than the exception, which’ll eventually make Snow, Charming, and everyone else look foolish that they were cursed at all.
I believe Adam and Eddy have confirmed that Regina could have left SB at any point, since she wasn’t cursed. She always had her true identity, so leaving wouldn’t have any ill effect on her. It’s possible Mr. Gold procured Henry simply by telling Regina about him and then she left for Arizona to retrieve baby Henry.

Yes! Initial thoughts:
1) Rumple will teach Regina to shape-shift, perhaps into a peasant or even into Snow White.
2) There’s more than one evil queen. Did anyone else notice the dragon? Maleficent!
3) Regina discovered the beans. I predict she wants to take Henry with her to another land. Yet, Henry fears Regina will murder everyone else in his family, so he calls her a villain and refuses to go.
4) Tamara kidnapped Captain Hook so he would help her take down Rumple. If she steals the Dark One’s powers, Rumple can be killed by normal means."That’s how you know you’ve really got a home. When you leave it, there’s this feeling that you can’t shake. You just miss it." Neal Cassidy
Favorite moment: Mr. Gold’s line to Regina about Henry having his eyes. Also, I really enjoyed the Rumbelle flashbacks.
Least-favorite moments; Watching Lacey break Mr. Gold’s heart.

I agree! I’ve been claiming there is a connection between Robin Hood and Tamara for a while now, too. We know both want to steal magic. Cinderella’s fairy godmother might have been Maid Marian’s sister, and so Robin Hood was stealing back the wand for Marian’s sake. Perhaps Tamara is Robin and Marian’s daughter, but she was born in our world, much like Henry was.

Yes, it is. Rumple told Snow that the arrow never misses its target, which is what Robin Hood says in this clip.
