Robin tries to steal magic from Rumple and Rumple steals his bow?
It could be the case. Perhaps the price Robin Hood pays for stealing from Rumple is his enchanted bow and arrow.
Do we think he kills Robin?
I don’t believe Rumple would kill Robin Hood, simply because Belle is present. She would plead for Robin Hood’s life, even if he is caught stealing magic from the Dark Castle. We saw her plead with Rumple to spare Hook’s life, even though he had threatened her numerous times. No matter how angry Rumple is, he won’t want to appear like a tyrant in front of Belle.
Rumple is obviously aiming at something there. In the promo, I believe when they say “he goes by Robin Hood” the Robin character is already wearing the bow and carrying arrows (I also think he’s in Belle’s room?). If Robin has broken in to steal magic, discovers Belle and (given that she’s in the gold ball gown and thus it’s early on in the relationship) promises to rescue her, Rumple could go after Robin.
That could happen, although we don’t know how Keith will fit into the picture. Perhaps Keith is the one who tries to “rescue” Belle, and Robin warns Rumple. I don’t think we have enough information yet, since the promo was so scant of details for Lacey.
And this might parallel to several things in SB.1) Robin stealing magic = Tamara trying to steal magic. I think Rumple will meet Tamara for the first time in this episode. 2) Robin trying to save Belle from Rumple = Lacey going out on the town and maybe getting chatted up by this Keith character.
There is a definite parallel between Robin Hood trying to steal magic and Tamara trying to steal magic.

ParticipantFavorite moment: When Charming won “Husband of the Year” when he held Snow close and told her she’d find her redemption, together with him. I love those two together.
Least-favorite moment(s): The more we found out about Tamara and how she played Neal, killed Pinocchio, and cheated with Owen. I really don’t like her. 😡

Anyone else notice the golden bow and arrow that Rumplestiltskin is using in the flashback? It’s the same bow and arrow he gave to Snow White in 1×16 “Heart of Darkness” to assassinate the Evil Queen. Rumple said the arrow, “never misses its mark,” and now we’re meeting Robin Hood, an expert marksman! I believe we’re going to see Robin Hood deal with Rumple, which is how he comes by the magical bow in the first place."That’s how you know you’ve really got a home. I don’t know if I want to admit that Tamrara is half fairy. That would mean that fairy godmothers are loose women, and I don’t think such pure beings would have one night stands with humans.
The fairy godmother wouldn’t have to be a loose woman for the theory to work. Tamara’s parents could have been married when her mother became pregnant with her.

It would certainly fit the themes they’ve been playing with. But how does a photo of Tamara and her grandmother, clearly taken in our world, work into the theories of her being related to the Fairy Godmother?
That’s the same problem that I’m currently having with the fairy godmother theory. I don’t see how it can fit with clues like the picture of Tamara with her grandmother. It’s clearly from this world. It’s well worn as though she’s carried it for years (and she was still carrying it in her car), so I don’t see it as being fake. There doesn’t seem to be a good way for Tamara as a fairy to make it to our world from EF. Her mother going to the EF from earth to become a fairy would be unprecedented in the show, and then there’d be no known way for the information of her death to make it back here. If it’s so hard to get here that Rumple had to do this huge curse, it makes Blue supremely shady if the fairies did have the power to come here all along. I like the dark fairy/daughter of Cinderella’s godmother idea, but I don’t know how to make it fit.
As I wrote in the post above, Tamara could be a half-fairy, the daughter of Cinderella’s fairy godmother and of a human father. That would mean it was a picture of Tamara’s paternal grandmother and would explain why it was taken in our world. Tamara might have been born in our world if her mother were able to travel between worlds, just as Tinker Bell was able to do. (Maybe her mother was Tinker Bell, and her aunt was Cinderella’s fairy godmother). We just don’t know enough about the fairies yet to know why the BF would allow herself and her fellow fairies to be cursed to stay in SB if fairies can travel between worlds. Maybe Tamara’s mother was a rebel who stole all the magical beans. We just don’t know enough.

ParticipantTime being frozen during the curse is a factor to consider in Regina’s infertility in SB, but it doesn’t explain her infertility in the EF or her continued infertility after time started to flow again in SB. I doubt Graham was the infertile one, since Regina didn’t have children with Leopold either. If Regina is fertile, then she was just really unlucky to sleep with two infertile men, or the more likely case is she’s barren. She wanted to adopt Gretel and Hansel after she’d already made the huntsman her sex slave, so clearly she didn’t get pregnant in the EF. If Regina really is able to get pregnant but was only limited by time being frozen in SB, then seeing as she wasn’t cursed, she could’ve left town at any point. She could have gone on a vacation and slept with a good-looking guy enough times to conceive a child the old-fashioned way. Or she could have visited a fertility clinic and been inseminated artificially. Yet, I think the simplest answer is that Regina is infertile, which is why she eventually chose adoption.

ParticipantI think Regina could be infertile. Not only did she and Leopold have no children in the EF, but she and Graham never had a child in SB, where there was no magic. Unless Regina used regular birth control methods in our world, it seems like she’d eventually have fallen pregnant naturally. It seems like she really wanted a child by the time she got to SB to fill the hole in her heart. She probably wouldn’t use birth control since she really wanted to be a mother. If she were able to conceive a child, she would have done so when Graham spent every night in her bed. Perhaps she tried for 18 years to get pregnant, before she finally gave up and adopted Henry.

How is Tamara going to steal magic? How does one steal magic? Does she want the dagger? Is she like Cora? What kind of magic does she want?
Tamara may have been truthful about her being “quite human” right now, but it’s possible she was once a fairy, but was since banished to a land without magic. If she’s a disgraced fairy, I’m guessing she’d want the fairy dust. If she manages to get ahold of the wand in Mr. Gold’s pawn shop, we might see her use it to steal magic from the diamond minds the way Mr. Gold did in 2×9. Otherwise, maybe her taser can collect magic.
Ahhhhh. And in the promo for the next few weeks we do see a shot of Rumple showing Henry a wand! What if a certain Tamara was standing outside? Or walked into the shop and saw the wand? She could even try to buy it, or strike a deal with Rumple, which at the very least would put her in Rumple's radar and make him aware that something is up with this chick.
Great speculation! Yes, I definitely think the wand is going to come into play, which is why it was featured in the promo. Also, that clip I mentioned in 2×9 of Mr. Gold stealing magic from the diamond mine is also featured in it.
