It doesn’t really look like Regina to me, but maybe it’s the angle of it?I’m fairly certain it’s a picture of Regina in her wedding dress, with her hair in an up-do.
But that makes me wonder how Cora could have photographs of herself and her daughter since there weren’t any cameras, digital or otherwise, in the EF. Perhaps they’re supposed to be miniaturized painted portraits, or maybe Cora used some sort of magic spell to make the portraits looks like photographs.

Not convinced that Tamara is Her, mostly because I’ve got the impression from Greg’s phonecalls that Her is trying to tell him to come home to PA, but we know that Tamara has a life established in NYC. Does not compute.
That’s a really good point you raise. My only rejoinder (and it’s a stretch, admittedly) is that some people move around and have out-of-state cell phone numbers. Tamara could be from PA, so her area code is still a PA number, but she’s currently living in NYC. Also, there is technology which allows the user to change her cell phone number to a different caller ID.
I’ve had to give up on the theory that Greg was the Wizard of Oz, but haven’t yet ruled out Her being Dorothy.
I still like this possibility. I want Greg to be a “good guy” since Owen was obviously a wounded child. For a while, I thought he might be allied with someone sinister like the Wicked Witch of Oz, but I really hope for Owen’s sake, that he found a lovely wife like Dorothy.
There were a couple of little things in Welcome To Storybrooke that could have been nods to Oz – the line about the town being dropped on top of them, like Dorothy’s house dropped on the Witch, and Kurt telling Owen to go to his uncle, so that’s likely who he ended up living with, and Dorothy was a kid who lived with her aunt and uncle. And I still don’t necessarily believe that when Jane Espenson randomly tweeted a revelation about Dorothy not too long ago that it was truly random, even though she claimed it was when someone asked.
Even without Greg being the Wizard, knowing his actual story now, I still think a character like Dorothy would be a good match for him. Someone who would understand his need to find this mysterious land, and may not want him to stay there, knowing herself the trouble one can get into in a place like that, but wouldn’t automatically dump him for being a crazy person when he goes on about all this invisible, magical city stuff.
Yeah, I want Owen to find his Happily Ever After, too. Dorothy would totally sympathize with his plight, she was an orphan who had “crazy” adventures in Oz. Owen and Dorothy would be really cute together, too.

ParticipantI believe Johanna told young Snow that the person seeking the help of the BF must be pure of heart. Geppetto, Jiminy, and Baelfire all sought help for pure reasons, and young Snow White would have if Cora hadn’t interfered. So, my best guess is that prior to Daniel’s death, Regina never even thought to ask for the BF’s help, because Regina believed she and Daniel would elope. Yet, after Cora killed Daniel, something in Regina snapped, and what purity of heart she once had was gone. Plus, there was nothing the BF could have done to help Regina at that point, because magic couldn’t bring back Daniel, which is the only thing that would’ve consoled Regina.

Like in the movie “Hook”. When Peter go away. Somebody else get the PAN.
If that where the case. It could be that Hook and Bae was once the Pan. First Hook then Bae and now Felix.
Everyone would be right and it is logically too. 😀That way everyone gets to be right and happy (ish). 🙂

So I know the hashtag #BlackHeart/#DarkHeart probably refers to Snow given last weeks episode but is it possible it has two meanings? Could it also be referring to Tamara?
Yes, I think the tag #DarkHeart could apply to more than one character.

Yeah, ABC made it pretty obvious with the lead-up to The Miller’s Daughter with that #OneWillDie tag and pics of Cora and Rumple. Everyone knew Mr. Gold would survive if it were to come down to him or Cora, so Cora’s death wasn’t very suspenseful. Likewise, ABC has made it pretty obvious, both on FB and the US promo, that Tamara is up to no good."That’s how you know you’ve really got a home. One thing is bothering me though – Greg phoned Regina about Henry – WHY? He could’ve just as easily assumed that Henry is yet another boy that Regina wanted to ‘posses’ – in the end the boy was running as if seven hells were chasing him. Owen/Greg could’ve just helped him to ‘escape’ by not notifying Regina at all… Is he trying to score favours? Why?
Greg/Owen doesn’t realize that Henry’s mother and Regina Mills are the same woman. When Greg/Owen took the photo of Henry’s backpack, it had his name and phone number on it, but I doubt it had his mom’s name on it. Greg just asked, “Is this Henry’s mom?” without realizing to whom he was actually speaking. He thought he was doing the right thing by contacting the runaway’s mother out of concern for the Henry’s well-being.

Does he want to expose them? Far as he knows, no one can get into that town. I imagine he has spent years driving down that road trying to break the barrier. Remember, at the moment he broke through, Rumpel and Belle were standing ON the line, like keeping a door open. So he is probably doubtful about getting outside help.
The curse is what shielded SB from the outside world and created a barrier. I think Regina, Emma, and August were able to come and go as they pleased during the curse, simply because they are all fairytale characters who were unaffected by the curse. Henry is an interesting exception, since although born in Arizona, both of his parents are from the EF and remained uncursed, which is possibly why he could cross the town line. I doubt Regina could adopt any random kid from the outside world (besides Owen/Greg who was already inside the town limit), and that is why she could only adopt Henry, who happens to be a fairytale character born in the outside world.
When Emma broke the curse, the town became visible so that ordinary people like Greg can now cross the border. It was only when Mr. Gold brought magic to SB that the people of SB, who’d been affected by the curse to have fake memories, could no longer leave without forgetting their true FTL identities. Yet, magic being in SB has only kept residents of SB in, but it hasn’t managed to keep outsiders out. It’ll be interesting to see whether Tamara (who may or may not be ordinary) can cross the town line unharmed.

ParticipantTamara isn’t given a last name when I checked on OUAT wiki: http://onceuponatimeabc.wikia.com/wiki/Tamara
But her character description did match up well with another character:her casting call describes her as “African American, Late 20s to mid 30s. She’s beautiful, artistic, relaxed, friendly, charming and smart. She’s also ambitious, fearless and a born leader, and she won’t stop until she gets what she wants”.
That sorta sounds like Tinker Bell, who was very ambitious and a little head-strong. Also, she could pair well with Felix, who's a 16-year-old boy being cast for 2×22, and is described as “the tough, natural born leader of a “sinister group of boys.”
