Yeah, I definitely think that Snow just hit Lancelot off his horse. Adopted sibling rivalry? I think it’s footage from the episode in which we find out what their relationship is.

It makes me think that Mr. Gold and Dr. Whale (who could be Frankenstein’s monster) are linked as in Rumpel created the monster of Frankenstein.

There are two main issues with Cora being Bae’s mom and him being twins with Regina. Firstly, Rumpelstiltskin is centuries old (as confirmed by Jane Espenson, the writer of episode 1×12). That means Rumpel lost Baelfire centuries before Regina enacted Dark Curse. Regina isn’t more than about 32 when we see her in FTL. On the FTL timeline, it just doesn’t pan out. Secondly, Rumpel was not yet cursed as the Dark One when Baelfire was born and was just a regular man. In the tale of Rumpel and the miller’s daughter, Rumpel was already cursed as the Dark One when he asked for Cora’s first-born as part of a deal for turning straw into gold.

Also, I read on Tumblr that Mark Isham released a photo of the OUAT SCORE FOR SEASON 2 EPISODE 1 ON HIS INSTAGRAM WITH A PIECE TITLED “Monster With a Heart of Gold”! I haven’t actually seen the reported photo, but if that’s true, it’s amazing beyond belief. Could that be referring to Dr. Whale or perhaps even Rumpel? 😮

Holy smokes! Who is that doctor that he has such gumption and charisma? He must be someone important in FTL with enough bravery to take on the Evil Queen before even knowing she was powerless in SB.

😯 That is truly amazing if Rumpel is indeed the crocodile and cut off Hook’s hand! I’m really going to enjoy this episode, but then, I enjoy all of Rumpel’s backstory episodes. 😉

What if the Blue Fairy is Milha? Just a random thought, but based on an interview with Keegan Connor Tracy in which she personally believed there was a past history between her character and Rumpel.

I’m trying to fit the clue of a tail with the Peter Pan, Merlin, or Frankenstein theories, but not having much success. Perhaps Once Upon a Tail fits the Cheshire Cat theory. At first, I thought no way, but now I’m starting to wonder. The Cheshire Cat could disappear, which might explain his missing limb. We’re supposed to find out his connection to Regina in episode 5. Could Dr. Whale have been her cat in FTL, since she’s a witch? The other options I can think of are a merman, Eeyore from Winnie the Poo, or some other animal with a tail. 😆

Recently, David Anders confirmed in an interview, “But you learn what world I come from, who I am and it’s really cool.” It sort of makes me wonder if he’s not from FTL at all but from another land.

If only 6 out of 10,000 people have managed to guess his true FTL identity, at least I won’t feel so bad when I discover how wrong I was. Does anyone know to which poll he’s referring in the interview? If we had access to the results, all we’d have to do is look at the option with the smallest number of people who replied “yes” to that category. 🙂
