ParticipantOnce Upon a Time | With the casting of Sleeping Beauty and Mulan, the question becomes: How will the new princesses be threaded into Season 2? “They come into the show in a very surprising and unique way,” series cocreator Eddy Kitsis says. “We’re really excited because like everything we’ve done, we’re not interested in retelling you the version that you’re used to. We feel like we have great spins on both characters, and what we love is how they’ll interact with the people we already know and love.” As for the Comic-Con reveal that Captain Hook is also on the horizon, it’s interesting to note that that cameo almost didn’t happen. “Peter Pan is my favorite fairy tale, but for the last year, Adam [Horowitz] and I could not get the rights,” Kitsis shares. “So we’ve had Captain Hook on our shelf… for a while.”

ParticipantWhat about Emma and Jefferson? I know he’s a bit mad, but now that Grace remembers him, perhaps he’ll regain his sanity. I think the main thing that drove him crazy was knowing his daughter had no memories of her dad. I could see Emma falling for a mysterious and magical good-looking dude like him. Before he went batty, he was a sweet and loving father. If he gets his sanity back I think he and Emma would be great together. Also, how cute would it be if Grace and Henry became a cute teenage couple in years to come?

ParticipantSaw this announcement on tumblr, so I can’t vouch for the accuracy. It’s very interesting if true. Seems like a magical ‘tornado’ might have touched down in SB. Must have been that huge purple cloud of magic we saw in 1×22. 💡

ParticipantWill Once Upon a Time Travel to the Land of Oz?
http://www.tvguide.com/News/Once-Upon-Time-ABC-Oz-Spoilers-1050066.aspxOnce Upon a Time has taken viewers to fairy tale land and Wonderland – and apparently, they’ll even venture to Neverland next season. But what about the Land of Oz? It turns out that producers have hinted at a possible trip to The Wizard of Oz locale since the beginning.
“What’s interesting is if you go back and look at the pilot, there’s a page of flying monkeys in Henry’s book,” executive producer Edward Kitsis says. “If I would go back and re-watch it – or buy the DVD coming out in August – and you pause on the book, you might see it.”
The scene in question is when Emma crashes her car and the book goes flying. “The book flips through a number of pages. There are glimpses of images, one of which are the flying monkeys from Oz,” executive producer Adam Horowitz adds. (Kitsis also notes that another blink-and-you’ll-miss-it image from the pilot was that of the hookah-smoking Caterpillar, which was voiced by Roger Daltrey in the Alice in Wonderland-themed episode, “Hat Trick.”)
That same episode featured the Mad Hatter (Sebastian Stan) taking the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) through a portal into a room full of doors, one of which leads to Wonderland. “There are many different doors and I might’ve seen a green curtain,” Kitsis says coyly, referring to the Wizard of Oz (played by Frank Morgan in the 1939 film) hiding behind a green curtain to mask his true identity. (Check out screen grab of the Oz symbol on the curtain here.)
“As we said in the episode with Wonderland, the Mad Hatter talks about all these worlds,” Horowitz adds. “We’re very excited about the possibilities for where we could show.”
There are no current plans to venture to Oz in Season 2, but the producers are leaving the door open, an ABC rep said.

ParticipantSamantha: I’ll take anything you’ve got on Once Upon a Time!
Princess Aurora comes in a package deal! The ABC hit series is currently looking for a Prince Phillip to go hand-in-hand with Aurora and he kind of reminds us of Charming: He is known to selflessly shoulder the burden for those around him and is a skilled warrior. Oh, and he’s very handsome. Duh-doy!_serenachan: any news on the Mad Hatter from Once Upon a Time?
Showrunner Edward Kitsis was pretty tight-lipped about season two, but did say fans will “absolutely” see Sebastian Stan in season two, so Jefferson/Mad Hatter’s story is far from over.
