ParticipantYeah, there are times when I trust Rumpel more than the Blue Fairy. But that’s probably the Rumpel fan in me talking. 😆
Someone in another thread had the perfect term for what Rumpel is. “A necessary evil.” Oddly enough, the town will probably end up turning to Rumpel and Regina for help once Cora and Hook arrive in Storybrooke. That will definitely be a fun turn around to watch.
And a far as the Blue Fairy goes, there was a spoiler released a few months ago saying that someone who we thought we could all trust will betray the Charmings. So far, no one has fit that discription. But with the constant theories about the Blue Fairy secretly having a master plan in the works being floated around, I can’t but think that the spoiler was talking about her.

Just continue on the path that she’s already on.

Everyone is quick to go on about how Regina saved Emma and Snow White, but how about the fact that Emma saved Regina a good amount of times. 🙂
1). She saved Regina in Desperate Souls. 🙂 True, Mr. Gold had planned it, but Emma didn’t know that, and she risked her life to save her.
2). The mob was ready to tear Regina (and understandable so) apart, and Emma stepped up and defending Regina, as did the other Charmings. What did they owe Regina then? Nothing. She had torned apart their family numerous times and enjoyed every minute of it.
3). They saved her from the Wraith. Prince Charming was (again understandably) unwilling to help Regina, who had the gall to claim that he was not setting an example for his daughter. What example did she set for Henry? She killed Graham out of revenge and bitterness. She tried to have Kathryn killed and framed the whole thing on Mary Margaret. She locked Belle in the asylum due to her relationship with Rumpelstiltskin. She was going to have Mary MArgaret put on trial and sent out of Storybrooke. And this was all before she unleashed her curse and cursed everyone to an unhappy life for 28 years.
4). And when they saved her from the wraith, she seemed not at all grateful for what they had done for her. She was smug that she had gotten her power, and would have killed Prince Charming. Yes, she did save Emma and Snow White, but seeing as how they fell through the portal in the first place because of Regina, that can be called even.
I do like Regina because she is trying, but she has yet to truly have redeemed. She is not apologetic for the horrors that she has done. So I don’t blame the Charming Family for not inviting her.
Emma and Henry and even Prince Charming had already showed her enough appeciation. More than she deserved. Yes she had a tragic story, but so did many of the character son the show. Emma, Red Riding Hood, Snow White, and many others all have had horrible things happen to them, and none have them went around killing others. I think they deserve a lot more credit.
Exactly. Emma has helped Regina on numerous occassions and she had no logical reason to do so. After everything Regina has done to her family, Emma and Snow shouldn’t be expected to help Regina with anything. But they do it anyway because it’s the right thing to do. I don’t want to take anything away from Regina saving Snow and Emma. That was a huge step for her. But that act was more like repentance. After all the pain she’s inflicted upon the Charming family, she needs to work to regain their trust again.
