SpellscumParticipant
I do see the difference in the wording, yes, but I just put that down to the writers not having wanted to use the words “blood magic” yet and give away too much a whole week earlier than they wanted.
I’ll give it one last try, but you seem to be so ignorant of the facts (which come from the actual scenes and dialogues!) that I bet you still won’t accept it…
Anyway, so why is it then, that Regina asked the Witch “Yes, how did you break the Blood Lock?” because “The door was open.”? They were clearly talking about the Crypt and nothing else!
Regina just wanted to know, how Zelena managed to open the crypt door. She DID NOT ask how Zelena could get past the protection shield, which is miles away from the castle!!!
Therefore, the protection spell for the castle had no blood magic and was more like a bigger version of the protection spell that Emma did inside Mr. Golds Shop, when they were trying to protect themselves from Cora.
But never mind… You get to be right, and I get to have peace and quiet. ;o)
[adrotate group="5"]SpellscumParticipantRegina’s lock on the crypt door, and the lock on her office in SB were both blood magic. The protection spell Regina left around the castle was essentially a lock as well, so I think it’s safe to assume that that was also blood magic.
I completely agree on that first sentence, but the rest doesn’t make any sense. ;o)
Again: Regina was totally perplexed and couldn’t believe, that anbody had entered the crypt (Blood Magic), but she immediately “accepted” it, that someone “hijacked” the protection spell (outside the castle). I didn’t hear Regina say something like “That’s not possible” in that scene – like she did in the crypt! Instead, when standing in front of the “magic shield” (It’s NOT a lock, it’s a shield) with the others, she was just like “Oh my! Someone hijacked my protection spell. Well, that sucks…” See the difference in that?
Also: Do you know how Blood Magic works?Well I sure as hell don’t! But…I have a theorie… ;o)
So Zelena was able to perform almost the same trick as for the crypt (Blood Magic) again in the Mayor’s Office, but that doesn’t prove anything. I think that Zelena needed to drink the “potion”, which she made with Reginas blood, just once – and now it works forever. You know what I mean? You drink that person’s blood just one time, but from that moment on you can unlock the person’s Blood Magic whenever you like. That’s how I see it…
SpellscumParticipantZelena was already in the castle and crossed the blood magic barrier and hijacked it before she even had Regina’s blood from the monkey the first time (when we see the monkey dropping the blood into the vial).
I think you’re wrong, and here’s why:
It should be pretty clear, that the “protection spell” (as Regina called it!) around the castle and the “Blood Magic Lock” for the crypt are two completely different things and not connected!
Regina at once knew that someone “hijacked” her protection spell and she told the others. She was clearly pissed off about it, but she wasn’t surprised that someone could do it. Contrary to that, when standing in front of the open crypt door, Regina said to Robin Hood something like “That’s not possible! I sealed it with Blood Magic and I’m the only one who can open it”.
THAT is what Zelena needed “The Evil Queen’s” blood for, so I still doubt that they are sisters. Zelena is lying. If she really was her sister, she wouldn’t have needed the blood.
