My theory is that at one point Hook and Bae were both in Neverland, as they BOTH used a magic bean at one point. I think that Bae might have told Hook about the dagger, or that there was a weapon that could kill Rumple when he learned that Rumple had killed his mother. I still think Bae could be Neil. Maybe Neverland is a sort of crossover zone between enchanted forest and our world when you use the magic bean as a portal. This could explain why Neal is Bae, if he was in Neverland first then it could explain why he is not older than he looks.

I was wondering, maybe it is not Cora in disguise, but just a younger Cora? We know that people used to say that Regina looked like Cora did when she was younger. I know that it would be sort of weird for them to do this, but it could be a possibility.

Hey all, would just like to add that in The Little Mermaid, Ursula get’s Ariel to sign the contract using ink, could this be the same ink? Even if it isn’t, I think this is a major shout out to Ursula.
