Glad you thought so 🙂 I love seeing their relationship as a family it’s one of my favorite parts of the show. Being that I’m such an avid CS shipper I’m hoping Hook can win over mamma Snow like he’s done with David. Right now CaptainCharming is becoming my favorite brolationship I can just see them broing out at the Rabbit Hole one night lol

Lol the new one I’m hearing is that the New York stuff is some kind of horrible, horrible AU. I really don’t see them coming back to a premiere with a dream sequence like that. Why have a whole episode in NY titled that way for the whole thing not to even be real? If it is a dream anyway it’s most likely that it’s Emma dreaming about Killian anyway 😛
Can someone please help me understand why Hook is a scum for stepping back and allowing Henry’s parents to make a go of it for Henry??? Considering we have seen the back story where Hook dealt with this same issue with young Baelfire and clearly had immense guilt over it??? And how telling Neal that he isn’t sure that Emma will take him back since he already abandoned her once is setting Neal up to be run over by a bus??? So let me make sure I understand this. If Hook fights for Emma and she chooses him, Hook is a scum because he has broken up a family (a non-existent family because the parents were never married and the “father” abandoned the mother before he even knew she was pregnant and the mother then gave the child up for adoption so neither biological parent actually has any legal rights to the child any way). But if Hook steps back and Emma decides she doesn’t want Neal anyway and still chooses Hook, Hook is a scum because by stepping back he was somehow playing a game that was setting Neal up for failure because Emma wouldn’t choose him??? How exactly does he do this?? So basically if Emma doesn’t choose Neal and chooses Hook, it is only because of an inability to use to her own brain and make her own decisions – something she has never had any problem doing before on the history of the show. Because if Emma chooses Hook it couldn’t possibly be because she loves him??? But if Emma chooses Neal it is because she loves him and all is right with the world, there will be peace in the Middle East, and no child will ever go hungry again. Oh, and then Hook will have shown tremendous character growth for allowing a loving family to be together the way they should have been all along (we’ll just forget all about the above). I am super confused. I love my ship but if Emma chooses Neal – she chooses Neal. Short of Neal tying Hook up and leaving him for dead in the JR floating at sea or threatening to murder Henry if he doesn’t leave SB to get Hook out of the picture so he isn’t an option for her to choose anymore, I don’t see how someone could MAKE Emma choose one of them if she really loved the other.

tell me about it which is why I ended up defending Hook in the chat all morning! Not even any credit for stepping aside for the sake of Henry
this is what blew me away. Last night when I was watching Hook stepping aside, I thought the SF fans would be happy especially the ones that insist Hook can only show character growth by stepping aside. Silly me! They were still out for his blood. it made me wonder if they would only be happy if hook sailed away to make way for Bae, but even them they would claim Hook abandoned Emma even if Hook explicitly tells Emma he’s leaving so ahe and Bae could be together. Hook did something that was hard for him and somewhat selfless. He was willing to put aside what he believes is his only chance of happiness for Hemry and Bae.
I thought it was incredibly selfless on his part! Stepping aside to take the chance that the person he loves might be happier with someone else ? That’s why I didn’t fault Hook for his moment with Tink later sometimes when you’re hurt like that you do anything to help yourself not think about it. I figure SF fans would be happy too Neal was just given his fair chance to make things work with Emma. Killian believes like all us CaptainSwan shippers do that Emma will find her way to him on her own. It’s like what he told her on the island she’ll end up with Killian because she wants him.

Aw thank you!!!!!!!! I just woke up, went to bed and that post had 100+ notes and now it has 400+!!!! I’m amazed lol. But yeah, even me looking at my own post makes me so freaking excited my head is going to explode. I just can’t get over the promo either, just a 0.5 second clip of CS had me howling into my pillow. 400?! That’s amazing! I think I’ve gotten to 200 like once but hey I might get my chance again after the PCAs my number of followers like quadrupled!
I’m gonna keep thinking about this theory cause I feel like I’m on to something the writers like to parallel true love pairing and this one has a good one with Snowing like @rumplegoldfan mentioned. I hadn’t even thought of that really when I was concocting my theory but it really fits nicely. A couple of things I’d like to polish up is how Emma ends up in New York and how Hook ends up there too. Assuming my theory is on track that is.
For person 6 you could also include abandoned the then pregnant mother of his child after he set her up to go to prison.

The only thing about this is that there is a spoiler pic/photo of Hook and Emma driving off in her bug together. I assumed that they went to New York together with Henry. I initially thought that everyone would be affected by the new curse, but maybe it’s just those that were affected by the first curse? That means Hook, Emma and Henry would be spared. I know that I’m probably TOTALLY wrong about that, but it’s just an idea. I do like your theory of Hook saving the day by finding a potion to help Emma. I like when Hook does heroic things because he loves Emma.
what if that’s pre-curse after they switch Henry back? It could be the look happens after the bug scene
