AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Wile E. Hook. I like it, because I don’t feel sorry for him at all anymore. I cheered so loudly when Emma smacked him down with that umbrella holder.

Yes, I don’t feel sorry for him either since he usually gets something done to him because of what he did first like him shooting Belle lead to him being hit by a car or how in this scene him pushing Emma down leads to her knocking him out with the umbrella holder. Even when it’s Cora or Cora and Regina like in “Manhattan” doing something to him, he should already know by now not to trust them, so I don’t even feel sorry for him when they get the better of him.

What did he do to deserve having the ceiling fall on him? lol

For a swarthy pirate, that man sure does get knocked unconscious a lot. I’m starting to think Hook won’t last past the mid way point of season 3 (once they show us Neverland and the Neal/Hook connection)

Still pretty impressive the only non magic villain pretty much and he takes those hits and keeps on coming lol

Did you see the way she looked at him while he was laying there? She saved Gold and obviously wants him to be ok, but it really bothered her to see Hook laying there like that!

Lol right? She just laid the guy out and still looks at him like aww 😆

Emma is my favorite woman on this show. No hesitation, just knocks Hook out with the first thing she finds. I adore her.

NealFire Pan! It’s true. It’s gotta be.

Otherwise knows as the ghetto smack lol first thing in grabbing distance SMACK! 😀

Watching this clip, when Hook comes in, I’m reminded of what Cordelia said to Giles (in an episode of Buffy) after finding him knocked out again — One of these days you’re just going to wake up in a coma 😆 😆

Love that one! Seriously, if they’re going to keep knocking him down, I wish they’d do something to give the story some Captainswan quality around it, because this is starting to earn some jokes! I saw somebody compare this to Wylie Coyote, and I have to admit: It fits. Hook hasn’t been on screen much lately, unless he’s getting (or is about to get) a proverbial ACME anvil dropped on him.

    MEEP MEEP!

For real Hook’s had a Wile E. moment in nearly every episode he’s been in this season! In Tallahasse the ceiling falls on him, Into the Deep swing and miss vs. Cora, Queen of Hearts knocked out by Emma, The Outsider smacked by a car, Manhattan feet first into a bookshelf and now The Queen is dead knocked out with the ghetto smack!

Mich, I agree with something you said a few pages back: this major death is going to haunt me until this episode airs.

    AngieBelle:
Belle crying over Rumple and saving him like Beauty and the Beast is my favorite theory and if it happens that way I think it will be a great moment. But that means Belle has to get her memories back really soon (like The Queen is Dead OR very early in The Miller’s Daughter) and I don’t know if that is going to happen with Rumple still in NYC at least until the end of The Queen is Dead. I know there is supposed to be a big Rumbelle moment in the Miller’s Daughter, but I understood that to be a starting point of getting her back.

Also, listening to the official podcast right now and H and K said that Rumple’s “trafficking in names” is probably a season 3 story.”

Oh please give us that scene, that was always my favorite part in Beauty and The Beast when he comes back to life after dying? Yeah Belle would need to get her memories back somehow in order for that to play out I mean right now she doesn’t even know she’s in love with him. This major death… I don’t think will be Cora for some reason, maybe it could be Ruby or Granny?

Yeah Hook really played more as an anti hero at first to me too later on in the last couple of episodes he showed more villainy with Archie and Belle but it’s just about revnge for him. Once that’s done where does he go? I think with Emma he’ll find a way to really move on instead of fooling himself into believing that getting revenge on Rumple will get him something other than emptyness. He’s based hundreds of years of his life on revenge without that what is his life about?

For me I just liked the pairing from the first time they met, that first part when Emma says “Hook? As in Captain Hook?” “Ah so you’ve heard of me!” Then their journey to the top of the beanstalk together reminded me of the way Emma’s parents fell for each other on their journey to get back David’s mother’s ring. Then the idea of a hero and a villain being together is one I always like to see explored in stories, it’s like are their feelings for each other strong enough to bring them together despite that fact can they villain find a way to redemption through the hero or will the villain’s nature end up rubbing off on the hero? Another thing I liked was how Hook was able to read Emma and understand her right away, and how Emma in contrast is able to keep Hook on his toes it really makes for a fun bit of banter between the two.
