I didn’t see Sneezy in the mine but as for how Spencer found the Hat from when we saw him before it seems he was doing a very thorough job stalking Charming and Henry I’m think he found out about it that way.

I don’t know if that would fit since Aurora was put under the sleeping curse in when Snow already had Emma. Maybe there’s an outside chance that the original Sleeping Beauty could be Snow’s mother but even then it’s a stretch…
